• Tambillo - Tambillo will be our initial stop where the group will pause to enjoy some snacks and food as the journey begins.
• Cotopaxi National Park - The visit will commence at Cotopaxi National Park, renowned for its volcano. Depending on the weather, there will be opportunities to stop and capture photographs of the stunning landscapes. Additionally, the group will visit the Limopungo Lagoon, situated at the base of the Rumiñahui volcano, to take photos and learn about the history of volcanoes in Ecuador.
• Tigua - This wonderful location in the western mountain range will be explored to understand the culture and traditions of this part of Ecuador. A visit to an art gallery is planned, where a local will conduct a painting class, showcasing the tradition of naive painting passed down through generations.
• Quilotoa - The journey will conclude in the Quilotoa community, where the main attraction is the lagoon nestled in the crater of the volcano. There will be time to photograph the breathtaking landscapes and engage with locals to hear stories about the lagoon, which was formed after the last eruption of Quilotoa.
