Quan Ba Heaven Gate - At 8 a.m., the team will meet at the office after breakfast. They will introduce the program, including safety measures for traveling behind the driver and wearing protective gear.

On the first day, expect to be amazed by one surprise after another. The team will guide you to the Bac Sum Pass, where you can marvel at the winding road resembling a giant python slithering through the base of the “Twin Mountains.” From a distance, the Bac Sum slope appears like a soft silk strip, crossing the rolling mountain peaks shrouded in mist and clouds, with rugged rocky mountains.

After crossing the Bac Sum Pass, the first stop is Quan Ba Heaven Gate, situated at an altitude of 1500m above sea level. Here, you can enjoy the fresh air and fully appreciate the enchanting and majestic beauty of the mountains, forests, rice fields, and flower valleys when in season.

Yen Minh - The next destination is Quan Ba Twin Mountains, where you will hear its story.

During the journey, you will witness the Dong Van Karst Plateau. Visitors will see gray mountains interspersed with cat-ear rocks, earning this place the title of “gray paradise” of Ha Giang. Locals often cultivate corn and other crops on cliffs slanting through the rocks on the mountainside. On some roads, you will spot small houses precariously perched on mountainsides or cliffs.

On the way to the next destinations, you will pass Nam Dam and Lung Tam villages, home to the Dao and Hmong ethnic minorities. Visitors can experience the national identity through the people and landscape. You will see locals drying corn, their staple food, or working in the fields. Children play together and assist their parents in the fields, maintaining their culture by wearing traditional costumes even while working. Lunch will be in Yen Minh.

Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark - Lunch will be at Yen Minh town for a few hours before continuing the ride up the Tham Ma slope, where you will encounter a towering mountain on one side that seems about to collapse. Visit many valleys and spectacular landscapes, see thousands of limestone mountains, and make a few stops along the way to enjoy the view before heading to visit the Hmong King Palace.

Dinh Vua Meo - The riders will also take you to the Chinese border and the famous northernmost viewpoint in Vietnam. Before heading to Dong Van town, there will be a stop at the residence of the Vuong family, known as the “Hmong King Palace,” where you will learn about the history and culture of the Hmong people and hear fascinating stories.

Dong Van - The journey will then continue to Dong Van town. Overnight accommodation will be at a hotel, and after dinner, you can explore the nightlife of Dong Van ancient town.

Day 2: Dong Van - Happy Road - Ma Pi Leng Pass - See Nho Que River - Meo Vac – M Road - Mau Hue Valley - Ha Giang- Hanoi

Ma Pi Leng Pass - After enjoying a local breakfast, the team will continue the trip. The path leads to Ma Pi Leng Pass, one of Vietnam’s four famous passes. It is a challenging 20-kilometer-long pass on the Happiness Road, connecting Ha Giang City, Dong Van, and Meo Vac town. There is a rest area for travelers to relax and enjoy the view. From the top of Ma Pi Leng, you can see the panoramic view of Dong Van Stone Plateau and majestic mountain scenery, with cliffs on one side and the deep abyss of the Nho Que River with emerald green water on the other. There will be a stop at the viewpoint to see the panoramic view of the valley and river, and a walk along the beautiful area to enjoy the stunning view before continuing through Meo Vac valley and town.

Ha Giang - Driving through Meo Vac Town, the journey will pass through the M-shaped road, a spectacular location with a winding M-shaped road running from Yen Minh to Meo Vac. Passing through Mau Due, you will have the opportunity to discover the communities at the foot of the mountain - Tay and H’mong villages - and learn about the unique traditions and cultural practices of ethnic minorities. Capture memories here like a painting amidst the wildness of the rocky mountains, green forests, and the beauty of the winding roads. The tour will conclude in Ha Giang city around 5:00 to 5:30 p.m., followed by a night sleeper bus back to Hanoi, marking the end of the trip.
