another vision of the red sea - The explanations are limited (in fact translation of the panels to the citadel and mosque) and the city particularly dirty but authentic

El Quesir day trip - Nice day trip, fine and friendly driver and nice guide Pedro in Quesir. Made all the effort and gave extensive explanations. We had a nice experience. This is the real Egypt and yet also confronting how poor this place actually is. There is a lot of potential for tourism, but such a fortress must be kept neat. I hope the government sees that.

Afternoon tour El Quesir - Very nice experience and really good to go away from your resort for such an afternoon, out of your 'luxury bubble' towards the real Egypt. Guide Pedro was top notch and made every effort to make it a successful tour. They should really clean up the fort and do some refurbishing here and there; cherish that heritage and there will be some more tourists. That's good for local sales.

Visit to the city of El Quseir - It was interesting to see how the locals live and discover the history that preceded them. Pedro our expert guide state really nice we found ourselves very well. I recommend doing this experience in the late afternoon from 5pm onwards. Because we did it at 1pm and walking in the 1pm sun was really challenging

good half day trip, noce and relaxt - Nice trip, good guide, small trip from Marsa allam.
Very quit place, good coffee at the end.

Afternoon excursion to El Ouseir - We stayed with Shazly Noby ( staff on the beach / pool ) in the afternoon for 3 hours in El Quseir ( 23 € ) incl. drink . A former phosphate factory , the citadel , the mosque , a bazaar and a walk along the promenade to , a cafe where there were drinks .
All very informative and warm !
Highly recommended !! You are also insured through the hotel !

An afternoon in El Quseir - We got a great overview of the city and its history. The German-speaking guide explained everything very well to us and tried very hard and took care of us. He responded to all our questions and wishes. The whole organization and handling of the booking was exemplary and this despite the fact that we had booked the tour only one evening before. We can only recommend these without restriction!!
The old town is unfortunately very neglected and dilapidated in many places and you could make much more of it here. However, we found the few tourists and the originality of the city and of course the friendliness and openness of the people nice.

Good driving, shame about the usual odious ‘marchettes’ - Good guide that accompanied us. The place is worth seeing, it gives an idea of Egypt that you don’t see if you are in the resorts. Too bad for the usual marchette to pay to the shops of useless stuff, tourists that if you want you look for yourself. Turisanda, forget it and take the time to visit x see the beauty of the country.
