What a great day! - We had a great day learning about chocolate and coffee, and then experiencing rainforest animals up close. We got to see the juvenile sloth literally right in front of us, as well as 2 eyelash pit vipers and some other animals. The drive to get there was long, but it went by fast. Rosbin was a great guide. He was full of information and I appreciated his safe driving.

Nice, fun, calm experience! - The experience itself was absolutely wonderful, Nesmer was a great guide and driver and was a delight to be with. Our guide Anna at the coffee and cacao tour was very knowledge and friendly! And our time at the Sloth sanctuary was very nice seeing all the animals along with a delicious lunch!

Excellent tour! - I would definitely recommend this tour. It was wonderful from the start to finish. We first went to the chocolate and coffee tour and were made to feel very welcome. Our guide, Jostin, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and we learned a lot about coffee and cocoa beans. We loved being able to grind the beans and be part of the process. The coffee and coconut drink were both delicious. The sloth and frog tour was also fantastic. We were able to see a mother with her baby sloth and also a juvenile sloth up quite close. Our guide also pointed out a redeye tree frog, masked frog, and a poison frog, and we were able to get close to all of them. We also saw a Tapir. Our guide able to answer our questions and seemed to really enjoyed his job. For reference, we stayed at Playa flamingo and it was about a 2 1/2 journey each way, but it was worth it!

Fun day - The guides were very good, explained everything in very good detail. They were a lot warm and friendly and help us get great photos. I would highly recommend this outfit

Beautiful Costa Rica country tour! - What a day! The tour took about 11 hours considering the roads in Costa Rica, but this was an exciting part of the adventure. Our guide, “Minor” was absolutely a delight to spend the day with. We are a three generation family from age 73 to age 3 and he was engaging with all of us. We had a tasty Costa Rican lunch. Our tour guide “Gel” at the Sloth Sanctuary couldn’t have been any more creative as he pointed out plants and animals ….and the highlight…a juvenile sloth, within reach. Our tour guide “Anna” at the Coffee/Chocolate plantation was a fabulous young lady who brought out delight in young and old. It was a long hot day, but the most spectacular journey, from the dry hot coast through the green countryside to the rainforest.

Enjoyed the plant life and sloths - Great way to spend the day! Our guide shared a lot about the area and mostly plant types! Seeing the sloths was great. Husband saw 2 pit vipers he loved it! We have been on many coffee and chocolate tours in Mexico and this one was very informative. Down fall it is a long ride from tamarindo but well worth it.

Highly recommend - What a great way to explore CR! Our driver Martin was early, so informative and a great driver. We were well cared for the whole day. We additionally got to see dancing horses in Liberia in town for the parade. The tours were guided well, so interesting and fun! The meal in the restaurant with those views was amazing! Seeing the wildlife was such a treat.

Great tour for families! Loved it! - Great day! Our driver and guide was prompt, friendly, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable about the tour subject matter and Costa Rican culture and customs. We saw everything we expected: frogs, sloths, snakes, rainforest, coffee and chocolate plants, and had a wonderful traditional Costa Rican lunch. Fantastic!

Sloth tour - Minor was an excellent guide and driver. He picked us up promptly at Diria in Tamarindo. He was very helpful during the tour with communications with the tour guides. We ate lunch at a very unique place with a beautiful view of the volcanos. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Costa Rica.

Great tour! Mainor was a... - Great tour! Mainor was a fantastic guide and provided many interesting facts and stories about the country on our (fairly) long drive from Tamarindo. The coffee and chocolate farm was quite interesting and the staff there was very informative and friendly. Sloth sanctuary was awesome, we seen several sloths and their babies (most of them were fairly high up), vipers, red eyed tree frogs and even a tapir! Highly recommend, especially if you are staying closer to the farm/sloths and don’t have to deal with as long of a drive!
