• Watson Museum - Founded in 1888 and located in Jubilee Garden, this museum is dedicated to British Colonel James Watson, who served as a Political Agent of Saurashtra. It is considered one of the finest museums in the region, boasting an impressive collection of ancient and traditional artifacts and the cultural heritage of Saurashtra. The exhibits include objects from the Colonial period, such as a large marble statue of Queen Victoria, as well as tribal costumes, silverware, old coins, temple statues, and 13th-century carvings.

• Mahatma Gandhi High School - Originally known as Alfred High School, this institution was established by the British in 1885 and is one of the oldest high schools in India. The school building is designed in the Gothic Norman architectural style and was renowned for its high educational standards. Mahatma Gandhi, an alumnus of this school, inspired the state administration to rename it in his honor. It was here that Gandhi famously misspelled the word “kettle.” This heritage high school, where Gandhi completed his matriculation, is planned to become a world-class museum showcasing the life of the Father of the Nation.
• Rotary Dolls Museum - This museum features an extensive collection of over 1,400 dolls from around the world, offering insights into diverse cultures, environments, attire, and festivals. A notable highlight is the dolls from the African subcontinent, which showcase the diversity of the region. Most of the dolls have been donated by Rotary Clubs from 93 countries worldwide. The museum was conceived by Rtn. Deepak Aggarwal in 2001 to provide children with a fun and educational experience. It includes a theater that screens educational films from National Geographic Channel, Discovery Channel, and Britannica, along with other educational CDs.
