Solid GPS Walking Tour of Raleigh - This is our 4th guided GPS App Walking Tour - they're generally a great way to explore an area on your own time at your own speed and without breaking the bank. This one was easy to follow but missed a couple of places we wanted to see, including the convention center and Red Hat Amphitheater.

Raleigh Walkabout - I was in Raleigh for work and had some time to kill. Since I was staying downtown, a self-guided tour sounded like a fun way to learn a little history on my own time. This hit some high points and also gave me a good lay of the land. Highly recommend!

Great tour! Very convenient! - I really enjoyed this option for a walking tour, it's a fabulous idea. I was not constricted by time or other people. I went at my own pace & paused whenever I wanted. Instructions were super easy to follow & information was interesting, I just had 1 earpod in as I walked. The route was not super long & all the sites were close by. The destinations chosen were interesting & had great photo opportunities. I highly recommend trying this tour!

Pretty good for a quick tour of Raleigh - This helped fill some time and learn a little about the history of Raleigh. I recommend stopping at the old City Hall and the new Legislative building and doing a tour there.

Weekending - Minus: Wrong tour loaded, so I had to pay twice. Difficult to toggle back & forth between tour app & map app. Locations didn't always align. Plus: The tour content was interesting and informative.

Raleigh downtown - It is difficult and confusing to coordinate the map and the speaker. The speaker talks quickly. If you take this tour you need a physical map plotting the route. We ended up just using the map and ditching the speaker. I would guess most people taking this tour are not familiar with Raleigh or the street layouts.

Disappointing - Very very poorly organized. We were never given a time that the tour began. It just said after 1 o’clock. We showed up at 20 and there was no one anywhere to be found. So we called the phone number on the listing and a woman answered with what sounded like 10 kids screaming at the top of their voices in the background. I couldn’t even hear her or understand her. She never wants apologize for or try to make it stop. Finally, we gave up and went on the tour on our own. But the description and set up were very poorly managed and confusing.
