An unusual and fantastic experience - Absolutely fantastic experience! Going behind the scenes to see the trading floor and diamond cutters, and the vast complex itself was so much more amazing than I had expected. So much great information, a peek into the otherwise very contained world of diamond cutting and polishing.
Michael, Hanan and Sigal are wonderful people and their jewellery shop is filled with unique and gorgeous pieces - I was in a state of awe.
Thank you for a such a wonderful time. 💛

Must do in Tel Aviv! - We decided to take the tour of The Diamond Exchange last minute and hired Michael Werner. We couldn’t be happier with that decision. What an amazing and interesting experience! He introduced us to Hanan Savranski who was such a great and knowledgeable tour guide. He and his wife, Sigal, have a jewelry store in the building which we visited. They were very welcoming and friendly. We felt a connection with them immediately. They have the most unique and exquisite diamonds and jewelry ever. It would have been very hard to resist not to purchase, however, there was no pressure at all. It was overall a lovely experience and we would love to do it again once back in Tel Aviv.

Excellent experience - The team was super-professional and made me feel most welcome. I had no idea just how much hard work and skill went into crafting a beautiful gemstone. Hanan's designs are wonderful and innovative, with pieces where one item can take on two appearances via invisible mechanisms. I was not in the market for any jewellry, but if I was, I wouldn't hesitiate to buy a Savransky piece - and likely save a lot of money compared to going to a jeweller a number of steps along the transaction process (source to store via distributors).

Great insight into the World of Diamonds - We took a dive into the fascinating world of diamonds. Thanks to Hanan and Sigal we were able to get into the inner circle of the Bourse, we got a glimpse of „the floor“ and Hanan explained everything about the buying and selling of this trade; later we saw how and where the magic of the actual cutting of the stones happen. All the time we felt like total VIPs since it was just us in the tour. You later get the opportunity to purchase a piece of art in Hanan‘s jewellery store but there is no pressure whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this tour and will do it again with guests once they can visit Israel again.

Unique, amazing experience. Highly recommended! - A one-of-a kind tour providing insight into the normally very secluded, unique world of diamond trading! Hanan and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. I learned about the different parts of the exchange and the special customs of the industry. A further bonus was visiting their lovely office and viewing the beautifully designed jewelry. In sum, an unforgettable experience and opportunity to learn more about the fascinating world of diamond trading!

Fantastic time at diamond exchange - We had an absolutely amazing time at the diamond exchange. Galya is so knowledgeable about diamonds and super friendly. She answered to all our 1000 questions.We learned so much including my 15 years old. Not spoiling any details , but highly recommend. Great person and great tour so worth it. Thank you Galya

The Only Diamond Tour You Should Take - I totally received the Royal treatment. Yael was very great in communicating after I booked my trip. Yael was great in making sure I got picked up on time and was even willing to get me from the airport.
💎-Gayla is who I met in person first and she made me feel completely comfortable. I had a ton of questions and she answered them all and did NOT seem annoyed or agitated at all.
💎-Gayla was super knowledgable I learned so much information about diamonds and the jewelry business.
I even got to hold and see a huge 12 carat diamond. It was well worth the money I paid. I personally think they do not charge enough.
If you are considering this tour do it and request Gayla and Yael.
At the end Yael did appear and she taught me how to tell a real Diamond from a fake, and the different clarity’s Cut’s and prices.
Both Yael & Gayla were super professional the entire time.
Gayla at the end even walked me out to the driver and made sure I got back to hotel okay.
This wasn’t a five star service it was a 7 Diamond service 💎💎💎💎💎💎💎

Wonderful Tour - Good Vibes with Gayla and Yael.
We didn't need to go to any party we brought the party to us and had fun with the diamond district tour..
Tour guides are well versed in the diamond trade, and how diamonds are made. Also, I highly appreciate Hanan and Michael team. Who knew Israel and Belgium are Diamond powerhouses in the globe?! I didn't and I was blown away.
Grateful for the tour guide and their good spirits!!

Strong start, weak finish - We really enjoyed the guide and the opportunity to see the trading floor. We also enjoyed the coffee and truffles. However we were very disappointed when the tour ended when we didn’t purchase a $5,000 piece of jewelry from the guide, and we were never given the opportunity to learn to use a loupe, other tools, or received our souvenir diamond dust. For transportation, we weren’t expecting to be in a taxi, which was fine, but confusing based the description of an air conditioned vehicle.
