Amazing tour - Fantastic driver, Sigfus was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He took care of all our requests and even delivered the northern lights! One big happy family feeling 😬

I don't get it. - The Crystal Blue Cave tour we had planned for Day 2 has been moved up to Day 1 due to bad weather. When it came time for a cave tour and I was about to get into the Super Jeep with Eisen, they told me to cancel. The reason is that the cave tour was delayed (due to a delay on the part of the cave tour company) and there is no guarantee that we will be able to safely return to our hotel after the tour, so I will give up today. And that tomorrow could be worse and more severe. It was hard to convince me to give up in front of my eyes when I had brought a small child for a long distance on a short itinerary, but I told myself safety first. The next day, it was quite bad weather and we just had to digest the rest of the itinerary and go home. Two things I'm not convinced of. ① If the weather is bad in the first place, you should suggest another day before departure. I should tell them that it's tough to go on another Crystal Blue Cave tour that's been moved up. On the contrary, we should let them make choices. ② You said you can't refund or change it, but you should refund part of it because the customer is not at fault. The result was completely unsatisfactory because the Crystal Blue Cave tour was our main objective.
