Fantastic Private Tour of the Golden Circle and the South Coast of Iceland - If you are looking for someone whom you can trust to offer an incredible experience, I suggest you put this tour company at the top of your list. We had an incredible two days with Dofri, our travel guide and owner of Reykjavík Erupts. We booked a two-day private tour that included the South Coast Day Tour as well as the Golden Circle Day Tour for six people. We had an wonderful two days. Dofri was very flexible and agreed ahead of time to extend our trips several hours each day as we felt we needed more time to see the amazing waterfalls, glaciers, geysers, and beautiful countryside. He added to our experience by arranging for a private helicopter ride and landing on a glacier near Reykjavík. I cannot say enough good things about our tour. I would rate this tour company 5.0++!

Reykjavik Erupts is a wonderful tour company in Iceland! South Coast tour rocks!! - The South Coast tour with Reykjkavik Erupts was an absolutely wonderful experience through and through. The owner and operator of the company, Dofri, is an exceptionally well organized, knowledgeable, kind and funny guide that helped us organize a wonderful day trip! On the tour you visit a few wonderful waterfalls (Seljalandsoffs, Gljúfrabúi, Skogafoss, a secret waterfall too) and also get the opportunity to hike on the SolheimaJokull glacier. Our guide told us a number of wonderful stories, helped us with some snacks and was a huge reason why the trip was so successful. I highly recommend this trip and the Reykjavik Erupts tour company!!

Highly recommended south coast tour - This trip was stellar! We got to see so many beautiful waterfalls, and as always got an amazing trip dialogue to accompany our time on the coastline. Make sure to ask for all the stories, and really enjoy your time on this drive!

Incredible tours and guides! - Spent a week on a study abroad experience traveling as part of a group with Reykjavik Erupts on several tours. Our tour guides Dofri and Dagur were very friendly and passionate about sharing tales of Icelandic folklore and history. Highly recommend Reykjavik Erupts for informative and entertaining tours of Iceland!

Amazing sites and great company - Had a fantastic time!! Dofri made the trip memorable and entertaining. He was very knowledgeable about all of the stops and kept the drive fun while we went from place to place. Would 100% book again, I could not imagine using a different tour service.

Amazing tour and awesome driver!! - This was amazing. The bus/van was comfortable and clean. The views were great. Dofri, our driver, was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly; I loved listening to his stories and narrations throughout the trip.
The experience was very customizable as well. I was in Iceland to study geothermal energy with my class and Dofri took us to couple different power plants on the trip.
After our tour, we expressed interest in seeing the northern lights and Dofri offered to take us for an amazing price. It was an incredible experience, we were encouraged to sing together to bring out the lights which was so much fun and actually worked!! Dofri did an amazing job finding the lights for us and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I highly recommend Reykjavik Erupts!!

Awesome Tour - The tour was spectacular. Our tour guide had so much information to share about all the stops and things we passed on the road. That being said he found funny was to share and always kept us engaged in the information. 10/10 Would Recomend

Amazing drivers/tour guides! - Dagur and Dofri were amazing tour guides! I was with a school group, and we did the southern coast, peninsula, and golden circle, as well as a northern lights hunt. I’d highly recommend these tours!

Best Way to Visit Iceland - Had an amazing time, Dofri and Dagur were both extremely knowledgeable and nice, and made sure we got to see alll the different places and gave us the time we needed at each.
