Phuket Easy Thai Cooking - Your journey begins with a quick transfer from your accommodation to the Phuket Easy Thai Cooking School, with pick up roughly 30-40 minutes before your scheduled start time. Join us for a 30-45 min tour at a local Thai market where we will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. After the lesson in the market, you will be ready to start your 2 hours lesson in our kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you will need to get started. Learn just how easy it is to cook deliciously authentic Thai food with our certified Thai teacher. Savor a mouthwatering Thai lunch or dinner made by yourself and transfer back to your hotel.

An Absolute must do!! - My husband & I just returned from our trip to Phuket Thailand and we booked the afternoon cooking class ahead of time. Unbeknownst to us, we had a private class! TIK took us to a local market and showed and explained all the different vegetables and seasonings needed for the recipes. A plus to the class. We made Pad see ew , soup, shrimp skewers w peanut sauce (usually chicken but we are pescatarians) mango rice. All super delicious!! Had to doggie bag it back to the hotel. She’s very funny and informative. She also had lots of helpers to assist her. I cannot recommend this class enough. A MUST DO! So glad we booked it. We traveled with a group of 30 and told them about it, and they wanted to do it also but unable to fit it into the itinerary.
Thank you TIK and thank you for the recipes! We will be making them at home, soon!

TIC TOK - A Must-Do Cooking Class in Phuket!
Phuket Easy Thai Cooking is an experience we’ll never forget! The class is perfectly organized, extremely clean, and so much fun. Our teacher, Tik, was amazing — incredibly skilled, patient, and always happy to help. She made everything feel easy and enjoyable.
We cooked some of the most iconic Thai dishes: Tom Yum, green curry, fried rice, and sticky rice. Every single dish turned out absolutely delicious — just like in the best Thai restaurants!
A special part of the day was the visit to the local market. Tik introduced us to a variety of fresh herbs and vegetables that are essential in Thai cooking, many of which were completely new to us. It was super interesting and added so much to the overall experience.
If you’re in Phuket and love food, don’t miss this class. You’ll learn how to cook real Thai food at a high level and have a great time doing it. Highly recommended!

From the market to the kitchen, a wonderful cooking experience! - Wonderful introduction to basic Thai cooking and the ingredients used, from the market visit to the classroom, we had a most enjoyable time… especially the final tasting of the dishes created! Our only suggestion to add to the experience, would be for more hands on during the preparation of the food. We do realize that we were making 3 dishes and had a limited amount of time! The instructor Tictoc was very knowledgeable, engaging and funny! We would recommend this cooking class!

Cooking lessons were a delicious success! - The instructor met us at the food market to explain and purchase the ingredients we would need for our class. Her sense of humour was immediately evident. The class setting was spacious and well organized. There were a number of helpers assisting. We prepared 4 dishes and one tea. The results were delicious. My only suggestion would be to allow the students more hands on preparation. I do realize that time was limited.

"TIK" this off your checklist of things to do in Phuket. - This market stop/cooking class was the perfect cap to our 3-day visit to Phuket. We were picked up and dropped off from the Patong jetty and rode in an aircon van to Phuket City. Tik met us at the market and gathered the produce for our class, explaining their uses as she shopped. A short ride away, we entered a bright, airy space with a table pre-set with all the tools needed for our class. Tik explained which ingredients would be used in the 3 dishes on the menu and we set to work peeling, slicing, dicing and piling up vegetables, roots and herbs. Our classroom was scented with delicious aromatics as we busied ourselves with the prep work. In the kitchen separated by glass doors, we cooked our individual dishes after watching Tik's step-by-step demonstration. Throughout the class, the room was filled with chatter and Tik's no-nonsense approach and infectious humor. We only fell silent when we brought our dishes back to the table to taste what we had prepared, our faces and spoons focused on the delicious food in front of us. Even my husband, a picky eater, was admittedly impressed by the whole experience. Few of us could finish our plates because the portions were so generous and most of us carried away leftovers. This experience was unforgettable and we're hoping we'll be able to replicate some of these dishes when we return home.

A Must-Do Thai Experience - This was the highlight of my partner's and my trip to Thailand. Other than the delicious food we got to eat at the end, the instructor, Tik, was excellent and made it such a fun experience for all of us. We've already made the green curry recipe at home that we learned in class and it turned out amazing!

My experience - First prepared 3 dishes in a row. Then all cooked in an hour. I was quickly fed up.
Better snibble and cook staggered.
