Awesome experience - Our day at Divar Island with Make It Happen was unforgettable. We wandered through historic monuments, listening to fascinating stories that brought the island’s past to life. The experience was made even more special with one of the best lunches we’ve ever had — a true taste of Goa’s indigenous cuisine. It was a beautiful family moment, made richer by the warmth and passion of the Make It Happen team.

Old Goa Churches - Pawan was great! The tour got off to a rocky start. My taxi driver dropped me off at the wrong church, and the other tour guest's motorbike broke down on the way. He quickly found me and made sure I was ok at a café while he went off to save the other guest. He really handled the situation well. He has incredibly knowledgeable about the history and traditions associated with the Old Goan area and churches. As a person with historical interests this was an amazing tour. Best of luck in your future endeavors Pawan.

A Memorable and Enriching Experience at Divar Island – Thanks to Make It Happen! - Our trip to Divar Island with Make It Happen was nothing short of magical. Nestled away from the bustle of Goa’s tourist hotspots, Divar Island felt like a step back in time — serene, scenic, and full of rich history and culture. A huge shoutout to our wonderful explorer and guide, Pawan, who made the entire experience truly special. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the island’s heritage, local traditions, and hidden gems, but also warm, engaging, and very easy to connect with. His storytelling brought the island's past to life, and his passion for Goa’s lesser-known history was evident in every conversation. We particularly appreciated how well-curated the entire experience was — from the walk through fishing spots, the beautiful church and temple, to the mouth watering lunch with a local family who were not only welcoming but so warm, we felt like we were back in time at Nana's home. To end the trip in a very true Goan spirit, we were serenaded by a local musician, whose love for music spoke volumes through his stories and voice. If you're looking to discover the true soul of Goa beyond the beaches and parties, Make It Happen is the way to go. We left feeling more connected to the place and its people — and that’s the best kind of travel. Highly recommended!

Monsoon Musings on the Island of Adventure - Interested in something that is a little off the beaten track? This tiny isle outing will not keep you wanting. A water taxi river crossing and whispering winds greet you on this little green island with narrow meandering roads, atop a peaceful sanctuary of a church and temple, a quiet confluence of three rivers, an ancient temple ruin and simple canal bunds that are quite simply a catch. Rapt in time for a couple of hours, the trail closes on a high in the backyard of a cosy local home for a hearty lunch with local Goan vegetarian (a Pleasent surprise) and non vegetarian delicacies, a local tippler (kukum and ouzo) and the soothing pluck off a ukulele somewhere over the rainbow. Would recommend you do the trail to find out more.
