After that we will head downstairs to the underwater viewing room where you will get to look out the 7 foot wide windows to view a variety of fish, including the California State salt water fish called a garibaldi.

Cute and fun. - The event is geared more towards kids. You see lots of fish only. The captain made it fun and enjoyable. We got to see about 30 sea lions barking and jumping which was my favorite part of the tour.

Fun and not too long. - It was great for the kids as they enjoyed it and the captain was engaging throughout the trip. The price was very reasonable for the whole experience.

Loved it! - My family and I enjoyed the boat ride! The tour guide was super helpful as my family and I were late. I of course paid a late fee, but I expected that as it was our fault. He got us on the next hour boat ride which we were almost late again lol. But everything was amazing. My little kids enjoyed every minute of it. My brother who was the birthday guy had so much fun. Thank you for such a fun experience :D

GREAT FAMILY TOUR - Tour was absolutely amazing, relaxing and educational. Our tour guide was so awesome and we learned he was from Catalina so we got the best of both worlds as he educated us on everything. definitely recommend.

Awesome experience - Captain Jake was awesome I am handicapped and was traveling solo from Maryland and first trip to the west coast so I was kind of anxious. I spoke directly with Captain Jake and he was there to help me all the way. I especially liked the sea lions and the many many silver fish that I saw. I hope maybe I can bring my family there

Awesome time. Worth the money - It was amazing. We saw lots of fish and sea lions. The captain was great. Being able to see the fish underwater was an awesome experience.

Fish and sea lions, up close and personal. - The captain was excellent with all ages! He got us up close and personal to the resident sea lions in the harbor, as well as diverse types of fish that we could see through the huge glass viewing windows in the lower part of the boat. A great history of the harbor and its jetty as well as of the marine life that makes the harbor their home was provided by Captain Scout. To top it off he even let the children drive the boat with supervision. It was a fantastic experience all around.

Fun boat ride for all - My two daughters and five grandkids had a great time. The kids had never been on a boat, so this was a nice introduction for them. The boat trip goes around to where you see seals, so that was exciting for the kids. The bottom glass to view fishes was good, being that the water is not very clear, but still a good experience. The tour was top level and bottom level boat ride, so my daughters really liked that you get to be on deck as well. The captain was friendly and patient with the kids. The kids had fun taking turns, wearing a captain hat for a picture at the wheel.
