Best day in the Champagne region! - Radames was the best tour guide ever! We appreciated his clear diction in English so we could easily understand all of his expertise in Champagne and how to make it! The tour was the perfect way to spend the day and included a fabulous lunch! I would highly recommend this tour and ask for Radames!

A full day of fizz and fun - Small group (7) and such a fun day. Our guide was Pierre and he was both knowledgeable and entertaining. We visited two small producers and tasted far more champagne than we were expecting!! First stop was at Pierre Morlet to visit the cellars and learn about the production. Mr Morlet himself showed us round and then took great pride in sharing his fizz (delicious). What was meant to be a quick lunch stop turned into a long pause over a few glasses as our small group became good friends - and then off to the final stop - another small
producer using more modern techniques. Again - plenty of tasting! Would definitely recommend this tour if you like champagne, meeting new friends and having a good old giggle 🥂

Fabulous Tour with Pierre of France Intense - My husband, "Papa Bear," and I had a marvelous Champagne Day Tour and Tasting tour with Pierre of France Intense. We were met in front of the Reims train station tourist office by Pierre and two delightful tourists from Sydney, Australia. We climbed into the very nice Mercedes van and rode over to the nearby Veuve Clicquot, a famous champagne house that not all touring groups have access to. The tour and tasting were on our bucket list, and this was the reason we selected this tour. It was a marvelous experience! It was very polished, touristy, and corporate, but delightful. After that, Pierre was in charge, sharing his intimate knowledge of the area and his impeccable English. He took us inside the cathedral and drove us to lunch at a little-known cafe in a charming village. There, Pierre ordered for us and paid for the lunch; the basic price was included in the tour cost and we added extras at our expense. Then Pierre took us to an out-of-the-way champagne house in another small village. Piere obviously knew the proprietors of these local businesses well and that made the experience special. Although we initially were drawn to the trip for the Veuve Clicquot experience, the small, non-touristy locations were also lovely, making this tour especially memorable. We have taken tours all over France in the past three weeks, learning that each is different. In some cases, the driver was merely that, a chauffeur with a nice vehicle who took us on a private tour, just us, to scheduled appointments and waited in the car while we tasted and/or noshed. In other instances, a driver was paired with a knowledgeable guide who led a large group on a bus tour. We prefer the France Intense example with the driver-guide taking a small group (in our case, four people), on an intimate tour of the area. Thank you, Pierre!

Mire focused on champagne... - Mire focused on champagne tasting. Not much on photo taking of the scenery. Champagne houses introduced were good. Lunch was in a modern restaurant. Good quality food. But I personally prefer traditional French restaurant.

Wine tour '25 - In the end we had a fun day but that was mostly because of the group we were with. Our tour guide wasnt speaking English properly so it was really difficult for us to understand what she was saying en I dont think she had a lot of knowledge about the history of the wine houses en the wine making in general. besides that, the tour was fun and well planned. We got to taste many champagne en we visited a lot of nice places. I would recommend this tour. Value for money we would say it was a little on the expensive side.
