Great experience but bring your lunch and snack - From Mr B picking you up from the hotel to visiting the glacier with Omar and Oli, it’s a great experience. The group is small, which gives a good feeling.
The only drawback is that you are not warned to bring food because in the places you stop the most you find are soup and sandwiches, it is better to bring your snack

Crystal Ice Cave Tour - My 3 friends and I loved the Crystal Ice Cave tour. We learned so much and Mery about glaciers and how ice caves for , she was a wonderful guide and teacher. It was an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend!

Great experience - We had a great day visiting the glacier, and on the way there we stopped by a hot spring, a horse farm and a beautiful frozen waterfall. The visibility on the glacier itself wasn’t great due to a snow storm but it was a really cool experience! Unfortunately, I don’t remember our guide’s name (I should’ve written it down), but she was truly amazing! Not only she showed us around on the road and into the glacier, but she added a lot of interesting facts, extra information, beautiful stories about local legends, food, weather and much more. She was very entertaining (especially when we couldn’t see much outside because of the storm). Yes, the price was maybe a bit expensive but we were picked up from Reykjavik in perfect timing and the whole journey was totally worth it.

Awesome experience - Let’s get the negative out the way first, as a diabetic I would have appreciated an advanced warning from either the trip description or the driver/guide that we would not be getting a lunch break!
My fault for not having any snacks with me but it meant for a very long day without food! The place where we were to go up the glacier had a bistro next door that was shut, before that there was a cafe at the waterfalls that had some very limited options but no time to eat anyway. So take food!
So, the good bits, Lily was amazingly helpful, nothing was a problem and I really appreciated her attentiveness.
Omar was a great driver and also super helpful. The views travelling up are just awesome
And then there was Maddie, the Guide inside the glacier, was funny, very informative and has the voice of an angel which literally had me in tears as she sang in the chapel which we were lucky enough to see as it had just been completed ready for a wedding there the next day.
All in all a long day but highly recommend to do especially as the glacier wont always be there thanks to global warming! Awesome experience- take food!!

Glacier adventures - I had such a fun and unforgettable tour with Into the Glacier! We got to see the beautiful Icelandic horses up close feeding and petting them was such a special experience. They were so gentle and stunning.
We also visited a spectacular waterfall that was absolutely breathtaking. Then came the highlight exploring the ice cave and driving up onto the glacier itself. Standing on top of the glacier and taking in the incredible views was something I will never forget. The scenery was beyond beautiful.
This tour was adventurous, unique, and completely worth it. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Iceland! Definitely worth being cold to see the views!
