Perfect to Orient yourself to Reykjavík - Our plan was to utilize City Walk Reykjavík to orient ourselves to Reykjavík following our arrival. Marteinn was excellent in leading us around the city center, sharing history, stories, etc. We saw parliament, city hall, where the prime ministers works, and were able to walk around other government buildings. We also walked through the beautiful concert hall, past churches, and other historical landmarks.
We learned the importance of the cultural markers/emblems, and were able to point them out as our tour progressed. He shared experiences and recommendations, giving us a great idea of how we could shop and eat local.
After finishing Marteinn’s tour we felt knowledgeable about the city, how to get around, aware of landmarks, and the historical significance. This tour did more than familiarize us with Reykjavík. We now have a deeper appreciation as we begin our vacation exploring Reykjavík and Iceland as a whole.

Entertaining and informative tour - The tour with our guide Así was very interesting and entertaining. The two hours passed as if in flight and we got a lot of typical information about Iceland and saw the most important buildings of Reykjavik. Our tour was in English, but absolutely good to understand.
