Very pleasent staff and easy to book trips. - We had a wonderful time, the trips were easy to book and their employee Xavier was amazing, went above and beyong with helping us, very professional, had a lot of patience and insight for us. Our tour guide Jön was very funny and full of positive energy as well as having a ton of information and interesting facts.

Amazing - Had Ana amazing experience here, it was expensive however, well worth it for 3 hours. Staff are friendly, not too crowded once in there. If going in a group.wait for each other as when you first go in, the steam is every where and you can't find your party. We did basic package, no need for upgrade, and don't really need robe to go into the lagoon with.

Great driver! - The bus driver was awesome! He went out of his way to help us get back to our hotel. I wish we’d asked for his name! He was a great driver too!

Poor information provided. No black and white information. - We joined this visit through a travel agent. The visit was excellent. The bus driver VERBALLY told us the return trip would be 6:30 and 8:30pm. There was no black and white information. After dinner at Lava restaurant, we came to pickup point at 8:20 pm. We waited at the cold and windy pickup point for 20 min. Then I phone to the tour supplier and she told me that the last bus had gone at 8:15 pm, and she advised me to take the taxi back to hotel. At last, I spent 25000 ISK to the taxi back to the city.

Prepare to wait - Buses leave early or late. Never on time. The driver made us wait at bsi then yelled at me to wear a seatbelt. I had my seatbelt on. The last driver of the night parked outside the blue lagoon but wouldnt open the doors to let anyone on. Made everyone wait outside in the cold till the “scheduled time”. After keeping us outside in 20 degree weather, he opened the doors for two minutes. Let on who was waiting and pulled away 2 minutes earlier than pickup time. It took 2hrs to get dropped off from blue lagoon. You need to prepare yourself. Be early. The bus will not wait for you. You will have to wait on the bus. In total its about 2.5hrs to get to blue lagoon with all the waiting at bsi and 2hrs to get back with all the stops they make. It is a struggle. You will be internally screaming “get me off this bus!!!”
