Great tour! - Great tour. We’re glad we did this tour rather than a ship tour. We went to the same sites as the ship tours. Less expensive and much smaller group.

Impressive - When you see it in photos you already know you will like it but seeing it in person leaves you speechless, especially the Gullfoss Waterfall.

Spectaular Gulfoss - Great tour. We enjoyed our time at the Geysirs. The Gulfoss waterfall was spectacular. We would have liked to have more time at the waterfall to get closer. The Crater was beautiful. We made 2 additional stops that weren’t on the itinerary and we would have preferred to use this time at Gulfoss. The first step into the bus was very steep and it would have been helpful to have a stool for people who have short legs.

Golden Circle tour from cruise ship - The trip covered all the main sights on a Golden Circle tour. However we missed the tomato farm which should have been included. There was no commentary and minimal information - OK for us but anyone taking this tour should be aware. We were picked up by a small bus at the cruise port with no problem. One passenger already on the bus was picked up from a hotel, the rest of us from a cruise ship. Several people were not very mobile and had walking sticks and did not find it easy to get on board. The tour was not suitable for them as there was some walking on uneven ground on slopes and steps. (They were 20 minutes late getting back at the first stop!) Unfortunately it was a wet day and we could have had a little less time at a couple of places. Our driver did not return early to open the bus and we were left hanging around in the rain a couple of times. We were returned to the port in good time before our ship deadline.

We traveled in a minibus... - We traveled in a minibus to three locations . There was no wifi in the vehicle and the driver, though very nice, was more of a driver than a guide as he did not provide commentary. It didn’t seem that there was a microphone in the vehicle. Other such tours the guide provides lots of interesting history and information along the way. The locations we stopped at were interesting but overloaded with tourists, our fault for coming in August.
