- Dress according to weather: In Iceland it is always wise to dress in warm, waterproof clothes. Weather changes can be sudden so expect the unexpected. Bring a waterproof jacket and pants, headwear and gloves. Good outdoor shoes are recommended
- It is recommended that you bring your own headphones for the on board audio guide simply because they will fit you best. It is also great for the environment. If you don’t have your headphones or forgot to bring them, earphones are available to purchase on board (own expense)

Well-honed - Very good except that few explanations are given to know how audio works. The guide gave a lot of explanations, much more than what audio predicted, which became difficult to understand audio. The lagoon secret was very good and the staff listened. However I would have preferred to have the blue lagoon on the program. Everything was perfect and the transport system really well run. The staff at Reykjavík seeing are GREAT. Always ready to do Service. Thank you to the organization.

Great experience! - I understand many of the negative reviews — communication is spotty/non-existent from the tour company BUT if you read everything on the booking closely and listen to your tour guide, you should have a wonderful experience. The tour itself is a bit different than advertised here, we had a live guide instead of an audio tour guide, and I was the only one on my bus who went to the Secret Lagoon — meaning I went back to the city on a different bus that picked me up after a couple hours. Overall it was a great experience, the rides were comfortable, and we had ample time to explore each site.

Value for money - As my trip to Iceland was cut short from 3 days to 2 days. I wanted to make the most of it by doing the golden circle in one day and the south coast in the next one as these are the most common touristic destinations in the island. I wanted to experience the lagoons as well and was lucky to find that there is a tour including secret lagoon with the golden circle in one day which was very convenient. By chance I booked a hostel (Bus hostel) which happened to be the departure of my tour. I had two different guides for each day. I would say both were nice, helpful, they gave us a lot of historical background, folklore stories and other useful informations about the sites we are visting and volcanos in the area, even some icelandic lessons :D. It is important to mention that the bus was comfortable and the trips went perfectly according to plan.

Find another tour company - I bought the Golden Circle tour with the inclusion of the secret Lagoon we requested a pickup at our hotel however that did not happen. We had to catch a taxi to the bus terminal, at the bus terminal we were directed to the bus that would take us, our name was on the list. The tour took us to 2 of the 3 attractions listed. We found ourselves returning to a bus stop near our hotel without having gone to the Secret Lagoon. As you can imagine that was a major disappointment. The secret lagoon was pretty much the purpose of this tour. I have been emailing back and forth for days with zero outcome and lots of run around.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! - We only had two days in Reykjavic after a Viking cruise, and we chose to book the Golden Circle and Secret Lagoon tour with Reykjavik Sightseeing. We booked in April for the June tour.
We received an email at the end of April asking how our trip was. When we replied that we hadn't done it yet, and that we had booked a trip for JUNE, we thought we had plenty of time to fix that. However, no one replied, either by email or phone call, so we just hoped we could fix it when we arrived.
Despite advertising a 24/7 phone line, our dozens of calls went unanswered. No one picks up the phone. Ever. We tried in the morning, night, afternoon...nothing. We tried emailing numerous times: nothing. We had seen good reviews when we booked, but I wonder if they've changed ownership or something since April? It certainly was awful because we never got to go on the tour.
We will be trying to recover the money paid for the tour via our credit card company, but it's extremely disappointing when a tour company can't even bother to respond over two months. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR TOURS.

Don't believe your ticket, times are lies. It seems coordinated to scam your money. - This company has terrible ethics and even worse communication.
They literally stole our money, I am so upset. My friend and I had tickets to Golden Circle with Secret Lagoon, bought through Viator. Our ticket stated "with hotel pickup 10:00," so we went out to the pickup spot at 9:55. At 10:15, they still had not arrived. We called and called the company, no answer (they list on their website they are "24/7"... ha). We then spent 10 more desperate minutes trying to find a taxi to get us to the meeting point, so the tour would not leave without us. We paid a high fee, and when we arrived, we were told that the bus already left. They refused to refund our money. They said it was because the fine print on the ticket said to come 30 minutes before tour time. But we did... our ticket showed the pickup time as 10:00, so that let us know the tour must actually start at 10:30. I pointed this out to the agent at the counter at the bus terminal, and he said that the company had asked Viator to fix stuff like that but that they never did. So why didn't they send an email the day before clarifying? How in the world is this our fault?
We had to spend an hour finding another company to take us in the afternoon on Golden Circle, and we never got to go to the Secret Lagoon (but still had to lug our swimsuits and towels with us). Never book with them. They emailed me one last time a week and a half later to rub it in that they were keeping the money. I think this is a carefully orchestrated scam.
See photo of the ticket, indicating a 10:00 pickup, NOT 9:30, as they claim. If you make the poor choice to hire this company, at least be aware that when your voucher clearly states your hotel pickup time, it's a lie. It's 30 minutes before that. But whether you have this or other issues, rest assured, you will be treated like scum.
I will also add, Regem with Viator was not at all helpful when I sought customer service in this matter, simply robotically (maybe it WAS a bot) stating back stuff from the page that doesn't actually add up.

This experience ruined our trip, and I spent the second half of the trip with it being further ruined as I went back and forth with the company via email. Now, nearly two weeks later, they message me that they are keeping my money and that it's my fault.
