- Geysir - Geysir is an iconic location that is a must-see for all visitors to our shores. Strokkur is the main attraction, the geyser which reliably erupts every 5-10 minutes with the water and steam reaching heights of 130ft.
- Gullfoss Waterfall - Gullfoss falls, or the Golden waterfall, is one of our most powerful and stunning waterfalls. Fed by a glacial river to the north, the torrent rages over several drops before reaching the canyon bottom.
- Kerid Crater - Kerið crater is the remnant of a massive volcanic eruption some 6500 years ago. At the bottom of the crater is a lake fed by groundwater. Take the steps to the water´s edge or walk along the top of the crater.
- Hveragerdi - Short refreshment break
- Reykjavik - We return to Reykjavík for a few hours between the sightseeing tour of the southern coastline and pickup for your northern lights hunting tour. You have time to freshen up and grab dinner.
- Reykjanes Peninsula - Our evening northern lights tours searches for the northern lights in the countryside within a 90 minute radius of Reykjavik. Our aurora guides study the Icelandic Met. offices aurora forecast as well as cloud cover charts to find clear skies and hopefully a spectacular and colorful aurora display.

Great time - You go rain or shine, plus there is 2 water stops that get misty even at a distance so be prepared to get wet. Our guides for the day, Thor & Sunny, were great! Sunny sure new her stuff and was very funny. Would tour with them again.

This is a big bus tour... - This is a big bus tour that comes in two parts - a daytime tour of the Golden Circle area and an evening excursion to look for the Northern Lights. The daytime tour was excellent. I feel as if I learned a lot about the history and geography of Iceland. Thor was an excellent guide and considerate host. The evening was cloudy but our guide and driver kept looking until they found a place where we could see the lights. We had a very skillful driver.

Fab but long day trip - Really great but long day.
Our guides were fab, very knowledgeable and friendly and learnt some great facts on the way.
The sites that we saw were simply amazing from the national park, to bread making in boiling fields to geysers and waterfalls. We got to see it all. We had a short break in the evening before being picked back up to resume the trip to hunt the northern lights. Unfortunately due to the weather we were unlucky in viewing but we were able to return the following night for free to try again. We again didn’t have much luck and only got a very small glimpse at the aurora borealis coming through on the horizon (after travelling around quite a bit). We were told we could return again but unfortunately it was our last night.
Would definitely recommend as a great way to see a lot of the natural sights of Iceland.

A day to dreamland - Beautiful tour with experienced guide, unforgettable memories. Northern lights part pf the tour was canceled due to bad wheather but yet it was awesome.

Tick tick tick, golden circle done, and it was beautiful. - Great whirlwind tour of a fascinating and beautiful part of Iceland. Despite pretty crappy weather the crater, waterfall and Thingvellir Nat Park all looked wonderful. And Stokkur performed as promised. Our tour guide was really nice and friendly although I would have preferred more historical and scientific chat rather than her recent personal experience of growing up in Iceland being generalised as the way all Icelanders grew up!

Okay - Pick up point only 12 was inconvenient to us. Driver says Harpa was free pick up also not only bus stop 12. So we waited at Harpa but guide lady was denied us to get on the bus even empty seats in the back we could see from the outside. She had a gruff manner.
So, we missed Northern Lights tour. Well tha't okay to miss tour but guide curt attitude has long remained us sadly ...

Driver said pickup was... - Driver said pickup was between 1030 and 11 and to be there at 1030. Got there at 1030 and waited in the rain until after 11. If you’re going to make it a 30 minute window please be on time.
Then the bus had an issue and we had to stop and switch buses before we even begin.
Northern lights tour was cancelled due to weather.
I think the tour was overcrowded making it difficult to hear the tour guide who was slightly hard to understand but did a good job.
