Wonderful way to kick off our vacation - What an amazing and magical place. Easily the best first day of a vacation, and the location and beautiful surroundings were good for the soul. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Iceland.

A romantic experience - An exceptional place in a beautiful and surprising setting A very nice, funny and professional accompaniment of the guide / driver Konstantinos. Nice evening excursion but perhaps it should have been done slightly earlier to enjoy the setting.

Amazing experience! - The pools were great and so invigorating, after the initial sharp air your body gets used to hopping from pool to pool, the sauna was extremely hot and the perfect place to sweat it out. Driver (Konstantinos) was very charismatic and fun and really made the journey delightful (didn’t feel like an hour). It was slightly crowded in some pools and at night it can be hard to see, although the night was brilliant for stargazing. Well worth the cost of the tour! And likely best for couples/groups. The staff at Hvammsvík were incredibly friendly and helpful. Really seemed to enjoy working there and were able to joke and laugh together in a wholesome way that just made it even more welcoming. 10/10 would recommend. (Only issue I had is the timing on the email, I misread the time of pickup as the time of return to Reykjavík. Would be nice to have both on there. But that was entirely my error and I can’t fault anyone else for that.) Also, the carrot cake is amazing and I hear the soup is delicious too.

Authentic, refined and not megga tourist-y - Briosh our driver was lovely, he got us there super quick both ways and was very helpful. Had a great time at the springs would highly recommend if you are looking for something more authentic than blue lagoon. We went at niaht and it was so nice to see the stars and hear the sea all while dipping and diving in and out of the hot pools anc freezing sea.

Fabulous, outstanding from picky travellers!😂 - We took the evening excursion. Our driver was amazing (Carlos) and was very informative the whole trip. At Hvammsvik we had great service checking in and the food in their cafe was excellent. We liked that the facility was very clean. The Aurora show was outstanding and quickly became the high point of our trip. I would certainly recommend this excursion to anyone who is looking for a completely relaxing experience.

Highly recommend to all - especially if Carlos is your guide! - Visited the hot springs with Reykjavik Excursions as a last minute thing after being let down by Gray Line and what a fantastic decision that was! Such an amazing experience - the views and hot springs were brilliant. Many thanks to our driver, Carlos - he was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It was already a fantastic evening - Carlos made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend to all!

Mix bag - The spas are great! Much less touristy and more room to maneuver around than the other. I loved the different temps. Some things I didn’t like - people were vaping everywhere and the staff didn’t say anything. It is DARK. If you book the evening session, it is hard to see what is where. (This probably contributed to the vaping and the smoking) The driver was late arriving and then late leaving the city so we had less time at the spa.
