Perfect Ending to an Amazing Trip - This was the perfect tour to end our trip with. Our tour guide at the lava tunnel was enjoyable. I would go back again for the longer version when I visit Iceland next time. And Palli our tour guide for the northern lights just made our trip. He was fun and informative. You can tell that he knows what he’s doing and has a passion for it too. He drove us out to a great spot but then felt that he could do better and moved us to an even better spot. And he was right! After a short wait, we could start to see the aurora grow right in front of us. We can now go home completely happy. Hopefully anyone reading this is lucky enough to get Palli too!

Great experience and great tour company - The northern lights were hiding today so we only did the lava tube tour and got a free reschedule for a northern lights tour tomorrow. The lava tube was fantastic and I would highly recommend it. Our guide gave us lots of information and had a great sense of humor. The bus was very comfortable.

Top tour with a top guide - Incredible tour. The lava tunnel is a stunning wonder of nature. We were extremely fortunate and had a good view of the lights, even through the skylights inside the tunnels! The guide was extremely knowledgeable and very funny and the walk wasn’t too taxing. Highly recommend this tour

Amazing tour - I really liked this place! Really professional at all times. But also trip adviser why does it have to be a minimum of 100!

Lights, Lava: Lovely! - Incredible trip. Without going far from Reykjavík at all, got to experience both the aurora and the stunning lava tube. There were plenty of opportunities to stop and see the Northern Lights (fortunately it was very active when we went). The lava tube is a unique and amazing experience, with things to see I’d never seen anything close to before The guide was so knowledgable. Would 100% recommend.

Lava tunnel tour and northern lights tour - Comfortable vehicle to get us to location. Lava tunnel tour guide was funny, friendly and informative. Lava tunnels were spectacular. Tour bus driver was lovely and stopped off when he spotted the lights on the way to the tour in case they weren’t out later. Fortunately they were so we were treated to another aurora show as we had hot chocolate and chocolate snacks.

Did not deliver included photos from excursion. No response to inquiries. Would not recommend for that reason. - We traveled to Iceland for the northern lights. This tour was pleasant in that it included the lava cave experience as well. It was very interesting. But I can’t recommend this tour company to anyone for the future. There were supposed to be professional photos included in the package. Our guide took pictures of everyone on the tour from his fancy camera on a tripod. Photos from phones needed a long, 10 second exposure, and turned out blurry. So I was really counting on these photos from the generally once in a lifetime trip. They shared a QR code to a google drive where the photos were to be uploaded. But they never were. I see other tour’s photos there and have looked many times, going through every folder on that date as well of nearby dates, thinking Niko could’ve loaded them to the wrong location. I do not see our photos. I contacted Arctic Adventures 3 separate times and they have not responded. Maybe if they acknowledged the sd card was damaged or lost, or just sent me the link, I could stop my search. I just keep hoping they would appear. Not only was the tour on New Year’s Day and a fabulous memory to start 2025, it was also the anniversary of my dad’s passing. I wish I had the photos that were supposed to be included to commemorate the $$$$ spent to travel to Iceland and spent on this expensive tour to see the lights.
