Great tour and guides - Kristi and Gregor were great hosts for our hunt to find clear skies and the Nothern Lights! I really enjoyed the explanation of how the lights occur and Kristi’s entertaining stories of Icelandic folklore. Gregor, thanks for driving those extra miles so we could find just the right spot. Great experience all around!

Northern Lights - Kristi, our guide, was absolutely great: she entertained us during the trip by telling us stories about trolls and elves as well as by giving useful information about the Northern Lights (both scientific and curiosities). Even though the sky was mostly covered in clouds, she and Gregor (the driver) didn’t give up and made sure that we could have an amazing experience. On the way back she even played some Icelandic music for us. Highly recommended 🙌🏻

Jessica was a fantastic... - Jessica was a fantastic tour guide. she explained in detail about the northern lights and told us how to properly set our phones/cameras for the best possible photos of the lights. What added to the trip was that she was just as excited as we were when the lights were visible. Her excitement continued throughout the night and she was outside with us the entire time telling us where to go to get the best possible views. She even urged others to get off the bus when another round of light became visible. She was a great guide, I wish she was with us on all our tours. Our driver, Eugene was very friendly and took us to great viewing spots.

Northern Lights - Our guide was very knowledgeable and engaged in helping us find the Northern Lights. Jessica gave us so much information on how the lights developed and how to take photos that turned out incredible. Eugene the bus driver got us out to the remote areas that were perfect

Highly recommend!! - This was the best experience ever!! I appreciated the communication around the tour (tour was cancelled because of weather and rescheduled for the next day) It was my first time chasing the Northern Lights and they dance as if no one was watching. Such an amazing night!

Beautiful Tour - What a NIGHT! Tour guide Jessica and driver Eugene were amazing. They brought us to two different spots where we not only saw the lights but some saw a shooting star. Everyone was yelling with excitement. We had a fabulous time. The only negative for me was that the bus had a foul smell like that of wet dog. I was ok a tour earlier in the day with the same tour company everyone was wet from the rain and waterfalls. I believe the bus smells because they do not clean them after each tour and the wet damp seats don't get to dry out as they should causing a strong smell.

Daniel the Aurora Whisperer - This was an incredible experience. Daniel the Aurora Whisperer was an amazing tour guide that provided so much information about the Northern Lights and was also funny and personable. He’s passionate about what he does and that came through on the tour. We had one of the best nights seeing the aurora dancing in the sky and put on a great show for us.

Excellent - Our guide was Shvetlana, she was wonderful. We went out of the city to look for lights and we saw them multiple times. The hot chocolate they served was great. Our guide was so informative and give us a lot of history and updates about the northern lights.

Areas of improvement. - The experience was nice. However, the queueing arrangement needed to improve. For example, my meeting point was Bus stop 12, but there were 4-5 coaches with the same company at the same time. The queueing was in a mess as everyone ask different coaches' tour guide about whether are they in that coaches. It is better to notify participants about the relevant car plate of coaches before the tour starts. Overall, the tour was nice.

After 4 cancellations and... - After 4 cancellations and rebooking we finally got to see some of the lights. Was not too happy with a group leader of 25 arguing with our driver causing over a 20 minute delay. All in all finally getting to see them was amazing.
