Initially, it highlights these aspects, and subsequently, children engage in the spirit of the games through experiential and non-competitive activities. These activities impart lessons on concepts like “noble rivalry” and “a healthy mind in a healthy body.”
• Bee Museum - Home to Greece’s only beekeeping and natural history bee museum, this site offers a delightful experience for all ages. Visitors can explore the fascinating world of bees through transparent observation hives and learn about their history, biology, products, honey, and pollination. Additionally, they can sample various types of honey and other bee products, gaining insight into their significance in our daily diet.
• Valley of the Butterflies - This is one of Europe’s unique habitats, serving as a sanctuary for a specific species of moths during the summer. The area is perfect for leisurely walks and meditative experiences, as visitors are encouraged to move quietly and slowly to avoid disturbing the sensitive butterflies.
• Farma of Rhodes Petting Zoo - Nestled in nature, this destination allows visitors to admire rare animals and birds. Feeding the animals is permitted, enhancing the experience. Children learn about respecting and caring for animals, as well as the unique traits of the creatures they observe. A restaurant is available, offering suitable dining options.
• Afandou Beach - The final stop is the 7km stretch of Afandou Beach, where participants can enjoy the pristine blue waters after discussing the importance of keeping our seas and beaches clean.

Our journey is centred around school-aged children and has been devised by accomplished educators. The main aim is for each participant to engage actively at each location and communicate with their surroundings. The purpose of our program is to provide children with a lively experience that cultivates a positive outlook on values such as fair competition, teamwork, creativity, sociability, and a respect for nature and the environment. Our program embeds an interdisciplinary learning plan that encompasses aspects of Greek antiquity, diet, sports and nature. All these while encouraging children to interact with one another and their surroundings. Finally, our participants absorb details in a varied approach at each attraction, partaking in multi-sensory methods that provide hands-on experience and encourage playful interaction.
