- Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes - Also known as the Kastello, this palace is a significant historical landmark.
- Mandraki Harbour - Once home to the legendary Colossus of Rhodes, Mandraki is the main harbor of Rhodes. Today, the statues of two deer, named “Elefos” and “Elafina,” stand where the colossus once did. By the city walls facing the sea, the Castle of Saint Nicholas, named after the patron saint of sailors, serves as a lighthouse. Visitors will also pass by the windmills.
- Roloi Clock Tower - The Clock Tower is the highest point in the Old Town of Rhodes, offering a unique perspective.
- Aquarium of Rhodes - Hydrobiological Station - Located at the tip of Rhodes, the aquarium is housed in a beautiful building. Nearby is the famous Elli Beach, and along the way, visitors can see the building that houses the casino.
- The Acropolis of Rhodes - Situated on Monte Smith, the Acropolis is part of a lush archaeological park featuring the Hellenistic stadium from the 3rd century BC, where the Alioi Games were held in honor of the sun-god Helios. Adjacent to the stadium is the small, restored Roman Odeon, which still hosts events today. Along Isiodou Street are the remnants of the temples of Athena Polias and Zeus Polieus, located at the northernmost point of the hill.
