Nice experience and well arranged! - Nice trip, highly recommended! Symi is particularly beautiful! Also well arranged in terms of reservation, bus transport and (speed) boat trip.

Beautiful Symi Island! - We booked our trip to include transfers from our hotel. We'd been advised that the cost was €5 each. In the words of the lady at the harbour who's selling the trips " We can include transfers from your hotel for €5 each" What she didn't say was that is was EACH WAY! We didn't find that out until we arrived for the trip. We had booked online and paid a deposit. The booking was easy to do but it did end up being €10 more than we had budgeted for. No big deal but needs to be clearer! Also, on arrival to the harbour we were told to join the queue. What we didn't realise was there were 2 queues. The first one to check in, then you moved to the 2nd queue to await boarding. This was not obvious and quite a lot of people joined the wrong queue, including us. A simple sign explaining what to do would rectify this! The boat was fun, we did get a bit wet from the sea spray but it really didn't matter, especially as it was hot! All the crew were friendly and we had a good trip across to St George's Bay for a photo stop, then onto Symi. Personally as it's literally a photo stop not a swim stop, I'm not sure it's really needed. Symi is absolutely gorgeous! One of the most breathtaking places I've been. Just so pleasing to the eye! When we first arrived it was fairly busy but as this was a late afternoon/evening trip, it got much quieter which was perfect. We wandered off the beaten track a bit and found some beautiful buildings. We bought sponges at the recommended shop (thanks for the discount & gifts!) and wandered past the clock tower to a nice bar for a drink and took in the view. Simply perfect 😍 We walked back to the boat, had an ice cream on the way from Nikolas Pattiserie. Great ice cream but a shame the lady was so miserable. Maybe she's fed up with tourists?! We boarded with time to spare, ready to depart at 7.40pm. The trip back was a bit cold (I forgot my cardigan!) and again, a bit wet but not the captains fault! The sunset was stunning. Absolutely beautiful 🧡 I think the sea must have been a bit rougher on our return as it took longer to get back to Rhodes. We were due at 8.30pm but it was about 8.50pm. Fortunately our transfer was waiting so we made it back to our hotel for dinner! Thank you for the most memorable trip. Another one off my bucket list 💙

Wonderful trip to Symi Island! - The trip was just wonderful! You had many opportunities to take beautiful photos! On the way out we also stopped at a bay we could see from the boat and which was so beautiful that you had to capture it in photos! Once in Symi you could spend 3 hrs looking at the island, go out for a bite to eat or just relax on coves / beach! The ride there was great, the boat was fast , but it was a pleasant ride! On the way back you could enjoy the wonderful sunset and capture this moment! All the team people on the boat were very nice and distributed jackets on the way back as it got quite cold and windy! We would recommend the tour , it was a great experience for our honeymoon!

Abit choppy and we got soaked sat at the top on the left ( think we got stitched up by the crew 🤣🤣) symi is fantastic and so old greek. Lots of shop, restaurants and cafes to go in. It was worth €45 each. Thanks guys for memorable trip. Can't upload my photos but it was stunning

Choose where you sit carefully! - Boat ride there was very bumpy and wet. We sat at the top front left thinking we were safe but we got wet through to our underwear and burnt to a crisp despite looking like it’s under shade. This was not warned and was a direct result of people not respecting the queue to board the boat and pushing in. This is why it’s not rated highly. Also once at symi most things are shut, despite being august. We ended up walking around a bit lost and then had to sit in a cafe for an hour with an iced coffee. The ride back was much better though so stopped it being a bad experience overall.

Great experience but awful organisation - Absolutely loved our trip to Symi and the sunset on the way back to Rhodes was amazing, An issue we had was when waiting to get on the boat the gentleman organising the queue was trying to keep everyone in the shade by splitting the queues which was much appreciated but then certain people who turned up later decided they weren’t going to go to the back of the queue and just stood at the end of the first line, this wasn’t really handled well by the staff as he gave up combined the queues and they were just allowed to push in and enjoy the shade and then the rest of us had to stand in the baking hot sun!!!

Needs better boarding process - The trip across to Symi was lovely, fast and efficient and just long enough on Symi. However, the actual process of getting on the boat at Rhodes was absolute and utter chaos. Just a total shambles. Form a queue to collect boarding cards, even though when you book you get cards to add to your wallet on your phone, then form another queue to then go round in a circle to then board. But then staff just tell people to go anywhere and everywhere so when the gates open it’s a free for all and those queuing are last on. Staff did nothing and just added to the problem. Grown men and women pushing children out of the way. Disgusting. Added to that we arrived by the company’s bus transfer and were stood on the dockside in queues in temperatures of 34 for 45 mins. If I didn’t want to see symi and hadn’t have been going home so unable to rebook with anyone else I’d have asked for a refund. For this reason I won’t use again when we come back and wouldn’t recommend.
