Worth it - Tour guide great… very informative. Learned so much interesting history about Richmond that I never knew. Ride on some cobblestones bumpy on occasion but very doable.

Great Tour and Tour Guide! - My friends and I were visiting Richmond for the first time and decided to get a good overview of the city by taking this tour. It was fantastic! Andrew was an amazing tour guide - he was so knowledgeable of the history of the city and gave great perspective to the importance of this city in history. Our driver was skilled at navigating the various types of streets, and we are so glad we took this tour!

We had a great time! - I went with my wife on an anniversary weekend. It is about two hours long, with one stop in which you can get off for a few minutes. We had a great time. Our guide was awesome and easy to hear. The entire staff was friendly & helpful, including the girls at the counter. We booked online and they had our names with no paper tickets needed. It was very informative and after the tour we had a much better understanding of what Richmond has to offer. We would recommend taking the tour first, then you will know what other parts of Richmond you want to see.

Melissa was very... - Melissa was very knowledgeable. I was disappointed that the tour omitted the Museum District, which was listed on the published tour itinerary. I was very interested in learning more about that area.

Bad customer service, great tour guide - The tour guide was amazing and so was the bus driver. Unfortunately, our original tour guide did not show up so we lost over 30 minutes of our tour. We were not offered any compensation.
