Ali was great. Hopefully yall get her. They cater to you really well and it’s a nice relaxing beach trip with views. - Ali was great they took care of us the whole time. Food and drinks on the beach. No stress about travel time or transport. They take care of it all.

Tubing and Rafting Jamaica style - Ali went above and beyond to be sure that a good time was had by all. Her attitude and personality are phenomenal. Her lunch and cocktail service while very busy was excellent. The company is lucky to have her. She managed all her tasks in a timely fashion.

Great place for family fun - We were greeted by our hostess, Princess, as we got off the cruise ship. She was warm and welcoming. She shared interesting Jamaican history and culture with us during the bus ride to the beach. When we arrived, there was a fun presentation where she mixed the speciality drink of the day. After that, we were treated to a delicious 4-course meal, including some really wonderful chicken and fish with jerk sauce. They also offered fresh cut coconuts with or without rum. That was a fun and unique experience! Our 1-year-old enjoyed her very first beach experience here at Bamboo Beach club! She and I played in the sand and floated in the waves while mom relaxed on a cushy sun chair. The only thing I might change would be to add live music instead of the Bob Marley playlist. I also would've been happy to purchase a Bamboo Beach logo tshirt at the gift stand, but they don't sell them there.

Elise is a great host! - Elise was an amazing host! Food was delicious, drinks were refreshing, and the beach was perfect! I will definitely consider booking again next time I’m in Ocho Rios.

Bamboo Beach Club Oct 2025 - Princess & Johnson were great tour guides! 1st time to Jamaica. Water was beautiful. Food was great. Service was even better. Highly recommend!

The service and food was... - The service and food was good but the actual beach itself was not great. Needs some serious improvements in chairs etc. bathrooms were clean which was nice. The drinks were below average.

Disappointing - Left behind at port collection point despite arriving 1/2hr before departure time. Bamboo Beach staff more interested in trips booked through Virgin. Cost US $80 Taxi fare to travel to Beach Club. Once there, advised we could only use seats and not sunbeds, despite there only being 8 others at venue. After 1.5hrs at BeachClub were advised that our party were returning to ship. Wouldn't recommend venue

Less than 3 hours of beach time and no beach chairs - This beach day consisted of 2 hours and 50 minutes of actual time at the beach club. Despite a 5:30p all aboard time on our cruise ship, the guide forced our group to leave the club at 2:50p to drive us to their insider souvenir store for a "shopping experience". I would avoid this tour at all costs as it was nothing near what was advertised. Also, not a single chair at the club reclines, so if you want to get sun on your back, get ready to literally lay on the sand. And they don't tell you this in advance, but if you want something other than an Adirondack chair, you'll have to pay extra for the VIP pass on arrival. Food consisted of cold dried out chicken. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Disaster 😕 - The circumscribed upholstered sun lounger in the VIP area was not included although it was explicitly advertised in the description. In the normal area, only chairs were set up and there was no shade there. Soft drinks and beer are not included. A 0.33 liter Heineken should cost 8 US dollars. The beach is really very small. The bay is almost entirely made of stones. The cocktails were probably from a tetrapack, if anything. Not recommended.
