A great family excursion - I've been to Jamaica 3 times and would highly recommend this excursion. Karissa was our hostess, George or bus driver and Ken Roy or tubing guide. All 3 made our day perfect and fun. Professionalism outstanding. Would highly recommend.

Bamboo Beach con niñas - Amazing! Elise is the best guide ever! She was waiting for us when we got off the cruise. She gave us info about Jamaica. Then we ate delicious Food and drank everything we wanted! I do recommend Bamboo beach and Elise!

Relaxing Day in Jamaica - My wife and I visited Bamboo Beach from an excursion from a Carnival Cruise. Ally was Fantastic and the rest of Staff was Great Also. They treated us so well I felt like Family. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing day at the Beach.

Ali was the hostess with the mostest!! Hands down! - My husband and I did shore excursion while on our cruise with Royal. Ali was a fantastic hostess. She made sure that all of her guest were well taken care of and thought about. She made the visit worth while!! Highly recommend her!!

Our first time to Jamaica and a great time at the beach! - We had a wonderful time with great guides "T" and Princess! The food and drink was plentiful and delicious. My only complaint would be that we were told 10 minutes before we were leaving. A little more notice would have been appreciated. But, all in all, a great day in Jamaica!!

Don’t waste your money - It was overcast the day we had booked once on the bus they closed the doors and informed us we wouldn’t be allowed in the water and we had to sign a form we refused and got off the bus. Don’t waste your money on a beach trip that won’t let you get into the water.

Horrible! Ruined our time in Jamaica! Stay away from Bamboo Beach Club! - We purchased the “VIP” Dunn’s River Falls and Bamboo Beach Club excursion on NCL Escape 2/11/2026. Dunn’s River was beautiful but once we got back on the bus and rode for over an hour to the beach that is when our vacation was ruined. There were about 12 other buses and vans parked in a very small beach area. We were rushed past the VIP section that was full to the other end of the beach. No shade at all provided. We had to wait in line to get our own drinks. We were served our appetizer about an hour after arriving then only when we could get the attention of our server did we receive the other 2 items at the very same time. We were there much longer than was stated and when we (several of the guest) told the manager we needed to leave to get back to the ship, he said you are on island time don’t worry the ship won’t leave you. He was taking advantage of NCL and the other 4,000 plus people on the Escape to be at his timing! This was a truly horrible experience. We have also notified NCL. DO NOT BOOK Bamboo Beach Club!!! Forgot to mention you can’t get in the water without shoes! Rocks rocks rocks!

Waste of money - Short and sweet. Its an hour van ride each way to spend a few hours on a small crappy beach. The sand is coarse, the water access is tiny and full of rocks and coral to step on. There's not a single water or beach activity for free or to rent. Never got our champagne welcome drink. The non alcoholic punch drinks were just simply bad. The 6 alcoholic drinks ...which there are only 2 to choose from...the green or orange are terrible. Just a generic syrup flavor and a dash of cheap rum. We love rum punches and couldn't even finish one. We ended up purchasing buckets of beer for $33 on top of the $95 we paid for this excursion. The food was decent but 0 napkins and the servers take their sweet time clearing away the dishes, so be prepared to watch bug and birds come for your scraps. On the way back they stop at a typical tourist gift shop for 30 minutes and then drop you back off to the port. Save yourself time and money and go to the beach/bars at the port.
