Rio - Our experience was excellent. We were late and had baggage issue with Latam. Flsvio was in communication and waited for us through the entire ordeal with Latam. We are using them for our return trip to the airport. Highly recommend!

I was upset when Viator... - I was upset when Viator was not there to pick us up when booked way ahead. Had to find an English speaking agent to help me see they had cancelled. Then… Missed two uber pickups because my husband had given up the wheelchair service when we got to our pickup location and took forever trying to walk to the Uber pickup area. Needless to say it was a very frustrating beginning to our trip and I gave a bad review initially. However I must say that I have used Viator numerous times in the past and referred to friends because I trust them. I believe this case was a miscommunication due to my phone service as well as the 2-hour flight delay ground stop. Therefore I would not recommend this experience to a friend but I would still recommend Viator.
