After guests book through Viator, the next step involves providing Zungu’s Tour with the necessary information for pickup or drop-off. Regardless of the locations chosen by guests, the driver will arrive 1 hour prior to the scheduled pickup or drop-off time. Guests can easily identify the driver at the pickup location, as the driver will be dressed casually in a black polo shirt with ‘Zungu’s Tour’ on it or in a white bush jacket shirt with dark blue dress pants. Additionally, the driver will have a name tag with the company’s name on a cardboard for easy identification at pickup locations. Once a traveler is picked up, they will be taken directly from their pickup location to their destination without any stops.
