Little Dunes Explorers - A family fun filled adventure! - We had such a lovely afternoon at Dunes & Dates Little Dunes Explorers. Brilliant communication during booking and a lovely warm welcome on arrival. We took our two under 5 year olds to the Little Dunes Explorers and they had a fun filled afternoon exploring the desert in a safe and exciting way. From arts and crafts, snacks, camel riding, sandcastles, treasure hunts, sand boarding, dinner and more, the kids absolutely loved the day. Ashleigh and her team had thought of everything and catered to everyone's needs. It was lovely to experience the desert and Saudi culture with the kids in a beautiful setting. Would highly recommended - hope to visit again soon!

A memorable and magical evening in the dunes! - We had such a fantastic time at the Desert Camp Experience and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants a day out of the city or a memorable cultural experience. We booked the trip when my parents were visiting from Canada. We were a group of 5 with ages ranging from 4 years old to 73, and everyone really enjoyed themselves. The transportation was on time, comfortable and clean. We arrived after an easy journey in the afternoon light. The desert camp is magical at dusk and had everything you need for a fun and comfortable experience. We loved every bit of it--especially dinner and story time with our amazing host, Malik. As someone who has lived in the GCC for over a decade, this experience felt different. Leon and Ashleigh have done a great job curating an experience that feels really authentic and magical. We learned a lot about Saudi Arabia, Bedouin cultures, history and food. We also learned a lot from our fellow travellers which made for some great fireside conversations. A special shout out to Shoaib, Shahid & Abid who kept us fed and watered throughout the afternoon and evening. Thank you to everyone involved--we thoroughly enjoyed our time and made some great memories. I'd post some beautiful photos, but it's better to experience it for yourself.

Must go Best thing to do in Riyadh - If you’re looking for the ultimate desert escape, look no further than Dunes and Dates Desert Camp in Riyadh – it’s hands down the best desert experience in the Middle East, and trust me, I’ve done them all! From the moment you arrive, you’re swept into an unforgettable journey of luxury, adventure, and authentic Bedouin culture. The food? Simply out of this world. I’ve never tasted anything like it. Traditional Bedouin dishes are prepared with such care and authenticity, it feels like you’re stepping back in time while savoring the best meal of your life. Every bite is bursting with flavor, and the outstanding coffee served to you will make you feel like royalty. But it’s not just about the food – this is a 5-star experience in every sense. The camp is a blend of old-world charm and modern luxury. Think plush tents, cozy beds, and an atmosphere that mixes relaxation and adventure. Sandboarding through the vast dunes is a thrill you won’t forget, and the camel ride is the perfect way to take in the stunning desert views. And then there’s the sunset. As the sky turns a breathtaking shade of orange, you’ll be in awe of the beauty surrounding you. It’s the perfect moment to sit back, relax, and soak it all in. As night falls, the magic only intensifies. The starlit sky above and the warmth of the campfire below create the perfect setting for stargazing. The silence of the desert, interrupted only by the crackling fire, will leave you speechless. Dunes and Dates isn’t just a trip; it’s an experience you must have. The perfect blend of adventure, culture, and luxury awaits you, making it an absolute must-do when in Riyadh. Book it now, and thank me later!
