This is a must try! - This was a great experience. For my husband and I we will be back! I didn’t expect the tour to be so long, and was pleasantly surprised when it did. We went through all types of conditions. We drove on the main road through the towns which was nice, then the breathtaking volcanos driving through dams, clouds, rain, sunshine, dust and mud. It would have been helpful if we were able to speak Spanish as none of the guides could speak English, but they were still nice and helpful. We also went to the waterfall.

Incredible Countryside Adventure in Panama! - My wife and I booked this tour to explore more of Panama's countryside during our stay in Casco Viejo, and it did not disappoint! We were picked up on time at 8:00 am sharp from The American Trade Hotel by a taxi arranged by Bandits. After some heavy traffic leaving the city, we arrived at Bandits around 9:45 am. The check-in process was smooth and simple, and we were given a quick but thorough safety briefing before starting the tour. The helmets and goggles provided were clean and comfortable, making us feel well-prepared for the ride. We were assigned a Honda UTV that may not have been the flashiest, but it was incredibly reliable. Over the next 5 hours, it held up through some pretty challenging trails with the only fault being out of aligned wheels and no reverse gear. The day we went, the trails were dry and dusty, so I’d highly recommend bringing a face covering. The dust from the UTV in front of us was intense, but thankfully we were prepared. One of the highlights of the tour was seeing a sloth along the trail – a truly unforgettable experience! The waterfalls we encountered were a refreshing break from the dust and heat, adding a beautiful touch to the ride. Both tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. One spoke English, which made communication throughout the tour smooth. As an avid ATV/UTV rider, this tour had everything I was looking for: challenging trails, stunning views, and a great overall experience. I would definitely book this tour again when we visit Panama in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore the countryside and enjoy some thrilling off-road adventures!

So much fun - I have never been on an an Atv before but this trip was so much fun. From 9am till noon was awesome but then it rained after that and we were soaked. We did stop for lunch at a BBQ place and it was delicious. Next time I'd like to see the waterfalls and volcano. Fun trip.

Beautiful!! - This was awesome!!!! My boyfriend and I had an adventurous time seeing the sights and the ATV’s were perfect. Seeing the villages and views was mind blowing.

Once in a lifetime experience! - We had a fabulous trip with Bandit. Our UTV to the jungle and waterfall was exciting. The young men that took us were great from the trails to the jumping into the waterfall. They checked on us to make sure we got plenty of pictures. Definitely worth every penny, and would do again. Best experience ever

ATV experience - This ATV-ing experience was super fun and really intense! The guides did not speak much English but we managed through the use of google translate. We went through many different types of terrain which was really exciting (forest, roads, rivers and mountains). We stopped a few times to take pictures of the beautiful scenery. They brought us to this cute little town where we visited the waterfall and ate at a small restaurant that had pretty good food! Towards the end, my phone fell out of the ATV while we were driving. Luckily I realized pretty quickly and the guides stopped and took their ATV to go look for it. Thankfully, it was found pretty quickly with no damage. Thank you, we had a great time :)

Atv Waterfall - We had a good time, but there were definitely improvements that could have been made. This tour was supposed to be for 4 hours. We were picked up around 815am and we didn't get back until 830pm. We are staying in Panama City, so it was a 1.5 hour drive. The location for check in was a good ways from the destination.. it was too long for an atv ride. I have been on many atv excursions and never had such a far ride to a destination. We were then taken to a restaurant for lunch that we paid for, which was fine, but I think if it's an all day thing- lunch should be included. During the tour, our guide's atv broke down and he ended up riding with me. My husband's breaks went out on his atv at one point and they had to fix them. My atv went into "limp mode" when I was crossing a busy highway and would only go up to 6mph. I think they need to overhaul all of their equipment. The guides were nice enough, but not very communicative.

Irresponsible Ownership - While the views of the city were beautiful from the ATV, the owner of this company clearly has a blatant disregard for guest safety. Multiple vehicles on our trip had significant issues, and the staff seem ill equipped or trained to handle the situation, leading to some very dangerous circumstances— even in an ideal situation with great weather. For one, they had told us there would be one staff member for every car. But for ours, there simply was not. At one point we got to an extremely steep cliff, and it honestly seemed like the first time any of the staff had tried to get up it, despite it being the regular route. I was honestly scared for my life as I watched the cars nearly flip over trying (and failing multiple times) to get up the cliff. The car in front of us got stuck in the mud for a significant amount of time while multiple staff scrambled to try to fix the situation, something I think that experienced drivers would know how to prevent. The owner clearly does not care about the lives of their guests, neglecting to properly maintain the ATVs. As a person who is not necessarily a car person, it was blatantly obvious that nearly all, if not all, of the cars had misaligned tires and multiple of my family members/other guests had complaints about the steering wheels or the breaks. These issues should ABSOLUTELY be resolved before sending inexperienced drivers on an intense journey. Our ATV, despite promises, did not have a guide with us for 90% of the journey. At a point, the entire group went in front of us, and I knew that had we gotten into an accident (which was much more likely due to the unsafe vehicle) there would be no way of contacting help. We legitimately would have been left to die. Eventually, the axel completely broke on one of the cars, and the passengers had to split up into the other vehicles. Another car stopped about every 10 minutes due to issues and had to be restarted. Even the motorcycle guiding the tour got a dramatic flat tire. Why are the cars so poorly maintained?? The answer was obviously greed and neglect on behalf of the owner. The most shocking part— after we had come back, and firsthand witnessed all of the cars having major issues, a new group arrived. Without ANY warning or caution, the staff sat idly by while another group began to drive the clearly unsafe cars. If you value your own life or the safety of your fellow travellers, I would strongly advise steering clear of this business. And a personal message to the owner: human life is always more important than money, and I don’t understand how you can sleep at night with a business like this.

Pitoyable - We are presented with a car that goes wrong from the start and as we are the only participants, the guide rides with us in the back. The car was really defective. We had to stop several times for the guide to look and fix the problems. The guide did not speak English as requested, but he was very kind and helped us to the waterfall which is very difficult to reach on foot in the big rocks etc. No picking fruit, no river to cross, very rugged road, but that I can understand given the nature of the activity. Almost an hour less than expected, probably because I let the guide drive so as not to be accused of breaking the car even more. Anyway, nothing nice. I would not recommend it at all. I, who am of a conciliatory nature, this time I was very very unhappy.

Doesn't honor reservations - After making reservation 3 weeks in advance, securing with credit card, and recieving multiple confirmations as well as tickets, when we show up are told our rervation canceled and nothing they can do I literally reminder on our reservation early that morning. End result, a wasted day on vacation because of incompetance of this business. Thier name is very appropriate
