  The cooking class includes lunch with Rosa, our delightful Italian neighbor, who will introduce you to several regional Abruzzi dishes. Typically, she prepares an antipasto, a first and second course, and a dessert. Rosa is incredibly versatile and can accommodate guest preferences and dietary restrictions, including vegetarian options. While she is not a professional chef, she is a talented local cook.
  At the end of the class, enjoy the meal you helped prepare. Wine tasting is included.
• Borgo Medievale di Roccacasale - Sample Cooking Demo Menu:
  Starters: Pizza Rustica or a frittata, featuring exclusively local and handmade food specialties.
  Main Course: Chitarra pasta with tomato sauce, a guest favorite (we have a special board for cutting the pasta), and ravioli with ricotta and spinach. Children often enjoy learning to make pizza.
  Dessert: Options include tiramisu, crostata, or cantucci.
  For those under 18, a soft drink is provided instead of wine.
