Easy ride - It was a cheap and conveniant way to get to the airport. I was also the only one on the shuttle and enjoyed my conversation with the driver.

Excellent Airport Shuttle - This is THE shuttle to take to and from Calgary. The driver, Grant, with Mountain Park Transportation, has over 20 years of driving experience. He picked me up early at my Banff hotel and was kind enough to drop me at my Calgary Airport hotel. Very good communication via text that he was arriving at stops along the way. He also has a fabulous playlist that he's happy to share. Just excellent.

Never again - This is my first time booking with Viator. I didn't realize that once the booking is made you're in the hands of the actual provider and Viator won't help you at all. I booked a ride from Calgary airport to Banff. The day before my trip my flight was canceled and I was rebooked on a later flight. When I tried to change my airport pick up Viator told me they couldn't help me. I had to reach out to the local provider. Unfortunately the local provider wouldn't pick up the phone. I left several messages and never heard back from anyone. Thankfully, my ride had been booked for a for a hour after my original flight was supposed to arrive, and my new flight was on time. I made my ride to Banff by the skin of my teeth but no one had informed anyone that I might be late. I had the same company booked for a return to the airport several days later and when I tried to change the pick up time, they once again wouldn't pick up the phone. I did finally get through to them in an email and was told I couldn't change the time. Meanwhile, the van was 20 minutes late picking me up and once again I couldn't get through to the company providing the service. The driver was a nice guy which is the only reason I gave them three stars. I would never book with this company again. I may never use Viator again either. I won't use a company that books you, takes your money and then hands you off without any Customer Service at all.
