Pleasant surprise for early pick up: thanks for being pro-active - Excellent personalised service. Driver messaged me at arrival advising that he was running early and could pick me up earlier when I am ready. That worked out great as I had a connecting shuttle to catch at my destination and the early arrival gave me more breathing space for the tight connection.

Gavin text and let me... - Gavin text and let me know exactly where to meet the shuttle. He was very knowledgeable about where I would be visiting and was able to give excellent recommendations. He pointed out interesting facts about the area along the way so the ride was very pleasant. The was some mixup about name of hotel so he bought my liggage in and waited to make sure I was in the correct place.

Shuttle driver was a hoot! - Driver Richard was fantastic! Professional, courteous, friendly, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about the area we drove through (Lake Louise to Calgary). Pick-up was early, arrival right on time. We were safe, stress-free and entertained the whole way.

Doesn't do good... - Doesn't do good contacting customers in a timely manner. If a customer tried to change a time to sooner they will not answer the phones.
