Professional and Caring - My wife and I recently did the one-day hike on Mount Kilimanjaro with Tanzania Songbird safari, it was our first hike up a mountain we've ever had. It was made easier thanks to Tanzania Songbird safari and thus i recommend this company —they are truly exceptional and professional.
​We met the Israel the day before and were briefed on what to expect and what to experience. the next day morning at about 6am we met two experienced and very good guides, Israel and Michael Jackson ( yes its his real name!).
​From the start of the hike to the end (a 7- hours hike) they were incredibly patient with us, setting a comfortable, sustainable pace and never making us feel rushed. They constantly monitored our breathing and energy levels, asking if we needed a rest or a drink. The constant effort to ensure we were well went above and beyond the duty of standard guiding.

Songbird Tanzania one-day hike is the perfect choice and i highly recommend them. Five stars is truly deserving!

10 out of 10 experience in Kilimanjaro - wonderful day with michael at kilimanjaro, he's very patience, educated and knowledgeable guide of the mountain. He gave us so much details and was looking after us.

Majestic Day Trip in Mount Kilimanjaro. - Everything was calm, our team of 3 guides was side by side with us since we started this journey in our hotel in Arusha, and we did this experience after 7 days of safaris in Northern Tanzania. We started the journey of driving from Arusha to find the Kilimanjaro region, on the way it was a good time to glorify more about the country especially the local tribe of Chaga who live in Kilimanjaro region, with our guide we learn a lot about Tanzania again.
After driving until the main gate of Marangu we started climbing Kilimanjaro, it was clearly working progress, everyone was on our side to make sure everything went smoothly, everything was smooth and easy (Hakuna Matata & Pole Pole, was our slogan while conquer Kilimanjaro up and down). We got the chance to learn a lot more about the mountain and it was one of our best experiences in hiking, We were definitely lucky enough to see beautiful plants and some animals. Overall it was a good hike for us.
Next time we will come to go to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro and Tanzania Songbirds Safaris will be our choice again for climbing Kilimanjaro again.
We are very happy to have made the decision to choose them for our Tanzania trip.

The Best and Trusted Company for Kilimanjaro (All Kilimanjaro Day trip for them) - Wonderful day with our guide Michale, he make sure everything is going well for us. We was a lit bit nervous but Michale become more than a tour guide in our all trip of Kilimanjaro.
Our main target that we done is to reach the first camp of Mandara hut, we spent about 5 hours to ascent and 3 hours to descent.
Kilimanjaro is absolutely nice, very green and we saw some beautiful birds, monkeys and discover different species of plant.
I recommend Tanzania Songbirds Safaris and Michael for your trip.

More than a guiding experience In Kilimanjaro - Michael and John they are very good on time, knowledge and very kind people. They come and visit us on the day before the hiking for briefing and check out to our small gears of day trip like cloth, shoes and bottle water, from that day we appreciate and we know that we were in safe hands with the best company of Tanzania Songbirds Safaris. Everything went as planned and on time and they are patient for gave us time while we need break.
Michael and John I can recommend for anyone looking for Kilimanjaro hike.

Unforgettable Experience in kilimanjaro for a day Trip - You can't imagine how clever these guides are, the best company that arranges the Kilimanjaro day trip with us, the food and water is great.
We are the family who are interested in climbing Kilimanjaro for a day trip and our dream comes true with the professional company (Tanzania Songbirds Safaris) they organized everything for us well, from pickup transport from our hotel, they prepared good lunch in the box and excellent guides that they know we'll about Kilimanjaro.
You can feel the day of Kilimanjaro with friends who take it for you for the entire trip of Kilimanjaro, Nelson and Jack are not only guides but they are best friends on the day for our family.

Unforgettable excellent day trip of Kilimanjaro with Michael - The trip was really good and our guide Michael take us to the Mandara hut that we really enjoyed his knowledgeable and skills of guiding.
We saw many animals on the way include some small birds, mammals like monkeys and Michael is a good in knowledge of the plants of Kilimanjaro.
Definitely we recommend Michael and Tanzania Songbirds Safari is the best choice of Kilimanjaro.

Fantastic experience - It was a truly unforgettable experience. Israel is all the guys who accompanied us on the excursion were fantastic always available and smiling.
Perhaps I would plan to make the excursion considering an hour more than expected from the route so that I can enjoy it to the fullest.
