Mount Kilimanjaro - Following breakfast at the lodge, the group will be transported directly to the gate. Once the entrance procedures at the National Park gate (1,830 m) are completed, the journey begins with a climb through beautiful, untouched forest leading to the clearing where the Mandara Huts (2,700 m) are located.
Hiking time: 3-5 hours

Mandara Hut to Horombo Hut
Mount Kilimanjaro - The initial segment of the trek involves a steep climb through the rainforest, but the trail soon transitions to grassy moorland. In clear weather, there are stunning views of Kibo and Mawenzi Peaks. The ascent continues steadily through the moorland zone, featuring giant heather and occasional groundsel, until reaching the Horombo hut complex (3,720 m).
Hiking time: 6-7 hours
Meals: Breakfast, hot lunch, and dinner.
Horombo Hut to Marangu Gate
Mount Kilimanjaro - After enjoying breakfast at Horombo Camp, the group will retrace their steps with an enjoyable moorland walk to Mandara, followed by a delightful forest walk back to the National Park Gates.
