Incredible experience! - We had the BEST experience with Rome private excursions! We booked a full day tour of Rome, specifically the colosseum and the Vatican, Sistine chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica. I’ll start with our private guide of the Vatican areas, Paola. She was beyond fantastic with her impressive knowledge of every aspect of the Vatican, chapel and Basilica!! She knew EVERY question we asked and pointed out tons of things we never would have known had we tried to do the tour alone. We would have spent at least twice as long there and walked away with less than half the information we received had we not had her! Sooooo worth the extra price for this incredibly knowledgeable woman! As for the rest of the tour, it was certainly no less of an experience than we had at the Vatican. Our driver was Claudio and he was simply AMAZING! He picked us up from our hotel and started what we thought was a straight forward tour. Well, it was NOT…in the best kind of way! This incredibly kind man seemed to hit EVERY possible item of interest in all of Rome in one single day!! It was FAR more than we ever could have scheduled or even imagined! He was born and raised here in Rome, so we were able to truly get a “local” perspective, right down to his favorite shoe store (yes, he waited while we bought shoes 😂). We saw the city, we saw the sights, we saw farms out in the countryside, we saw “secret views”, we saw things we didn’t even know to ask to see AND we got a full education in all things Rome in a SINGLE day! Just cannot say enough good things about Claudio! Thank you, Claudio, you made our trip to Rome a memorable one 🥰

Extremely Happy Clients - As a travel agent, I booked with my clients for four days in Rome with Rome Private Excursions. From the pick up at the airport to drop off at the cruise port four days later, everything was outstanding. Best decision and so worth it! - Our driver Johnny was the BEST! He knew so much about all of Rome and told us things we would never have known without his knowledge. We had an extra stop that we wanted to squeeze in on our tour and he made it happen!! We were on our tour the day the new Pope was elected and the traffic was crazy! He knew the best ways around the city and we made it back to our ship in perfect time! Hands down best decision to do this for our one day in Rome

Fantastic Tour of Rome! - Our tour was amazing! We really enjoyed our driver - he was very friendly and knowledgeable and told us all about the history of the city as he drove us around. He spoke perfect English so there was no language barrier. He was also very accommodating to our needs, as I am pregnant and so we had to adjust throughout the day. We added on a private tour of the Vatican and our tour guide there was also super friendly and helped guide us through the museum. Thank you so much for making our experience so memorable!

We fell in love with Rome on our tour! - We learned so much history on our tour. Max, our tour guide was more than qualified and not only showed us some amazing views but gave us historical information we needed to understand what we were seeing. It was incredible to learn how Rome was built and we fell in love with the city because of it.

Awesome experiences - We had a great tour, our driver Michael knew the city very well. The usual tourist sights were great, but Michael also took us to hidden views of the city where we were the only ones there. We also had a private guide through the Vatican, Paola Marie. You could tell she had great passion for everything she showed us. This is our second trip and we would highly recommend
