A combined Colosseum-Palestine Hill-Roman Forum experience not to be missed!! - Nicola (Nic) was an expert guide! There was nothing he didn’t know or couldn’t answer and he shared his extensive historical knowledge in an engaging narrative style. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Rome!

Great Tour - Nicola was a great guide! We were able to to see the colosseum, Roman forum and palatine hill. All great places. He shared a lot of knowledge of each of these places. We were able to take breaks in the shade.

Nic was great! - We had an amazing time touring the Colosseum with Nic. He was incredibly knowledgeable — you can tell he really knows his history — but what made the tour truly special was his sense of humor. He had us laughing throughout, all while bringing ancient Rome to life in a way that was engaging and memorable. Highly recommend booking with Nic if you want a tour that’s both informative and entertaining!

Great guide! - Nicola made this tour enjoyable and informative. He clearly had a lot of knowledge in the area and had a good ability to explain information. The views and scenery were undeniably good to look at - which you can get with any tour, it was the guide that made this one worthwhile, in my opinion. Would recommend.

Great tour—highly recommend! - Our guide, Nicola, was very knowledgable. He had answers for all the questions of the group and he also shared some historical fun facts. Tip: Book an early tour. Less crowded and better lighting for photos.

- Nicola was an excellent, knowledgeable, funny, and engaging guide. He could answer all questions skillfully and clearly loves the job. The early Collisseum tour was the way to go to beat the crowds! Enough time to see everything, take in the sights, and take photos, but not too slow.

Enjoyable and educational tour! - Niccolò was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable (as an actual historian), English was easy to understand and he had a great sense of humor! Definitely enjoyed this tour and would recommend it. Would definitely opt to go early (8:30 when it opens) when things are not as crowded.

Poor Tour Colleseum - Not very impressed. The initial meet with the tour company was amazing and helpful (especially with my limited Italian.) That's where we stop the positives. The tour felt rushed along and often missing a lot of things that would have been nice to stop and see. We only saw a very small percentage of the Colleseum and when my wife expressed concerns over steps and pace, we were met with a derisory, well you should of booked a private tour then, I have to do the tour and need to be responsible for the radios. The bloody radios! Sod the people. Very rude. I wish I had just queued and bought an entry ticket to the Colleseum. A wasted opportunity. If tours can't be done properly on the time advertised, be honest or don't bother. The Palatine hill was the same problem. "NO not that toilet, the next one." "NO, not that water fountain, the next one". On such a hot day there was no consideration of people's wellbeing, just the radios! Several of our group were struggling and two even abondoned all hope and left the tour early. Avoid, do it on your own and at your own pace. The tickets are poorly sold. Only given a 2 because I did get to see some of what I was hoping to see and it's not the monuments fault the tour company is pants.
