Exceptional Flexibility and Customer Care - had an incredible experience with this tour operator. Even though the tickets were listed as non-refundable, they kindly allowed me to reschedule for another day, which was truly amazing and so appreciated. Have to check all bags even small ones - Instructions on meeting not clear. When we went inside someone finally told us to go outside in the shade to find a guide to explain how we get in with our skip the line tickets. Told we had to check a bag that was a reasonable size that fit the sign they provided. Not happy because we carry an EpiPen!

I had bought two... - I had bought two tickets, I had to call them several times to get me there in time. When I was in the entrance of the Gallery, it turns out that one of these two tickets received had already been used. I tried to resolve the situation, but they didn't help me.

Just kidding, apparently - i bought the tickets to the gallery months ahead of our scheduled visit to Rome, rec'd a confirmation and my credit card was charged. Two weeks before our trip, I rec'd a WhatsApp message from the Gallery that a 'glitch' had occurred on the website and there were no tickets available.

Misunderstanding - Extremely disappointed with the price of €76 for two with skip-the-line , whereas on the site ( on site ) the ticket is €15 and there is absolutely no queue.

Get tickets too late - I bought tickets for Villa Borghese from Germany. I couldn't find the tickets. Tried to make a connection in Italy. That has not been successful. A day before the entrance, a chat in English came via WhatsApp. I could not open the link for tickets on the go with mobile data. Only in the hotel via WiFi could I charge them. It was too late to visit.
