You will meet your guide at the entrance of the Borghese Gallery in Piazzale del Museo Borghese. They will be holding a 'Tourismotion' sign. The closest metro station (located about 20 minutes by walk) is Barberini or bus lines 83 and 223, it is not advised to use the Spagna metro stop.

Amazing tour guide - I had an amazing tour. Llaria is a very knowledgeable yet super friendly guide. She made all the sculptures came to life for me. I highly recommend her tour.

Fantastic tour - well worth it! - Our guided tour with Ilaria was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and approachable, and made our visit fun and informative. She answered all of our questions, took her time to explain the messages behind the key pieces of art and she told us some interesting stories about the pieces which we had not heard before! We would 100% recommend this tour and we are very impressed that they honoured the tour even though it ended up just being the three of us! Thank you again!

Fantastic Galleria Borghesi tour by Norah - An excellent tour with Norah. She was punctual, personable and extremely knowledgeable. Her explanations of the key sculptures and paintings were set in their historical/ religious context and the development arc of the artist and the movements and styles of their time and location. She focused on fascinating details we would not have seen for ourselves and really brought the art to life. She had a good sense of humour and pitched her information just right for us; plenty of detail but not dry academia. She is a star.

Memorable Tour of Borghese - Our group of 6 could not stop raving about our amazing visit to the Borghese gallery and how lucky we were to have Simona as a guide. She brought the paintings, painters, sculptures, sculptors and subjects to life, not to mention the Borghese family. Come for the Caravaggio’s and Bernini’s and stay for the absorbing, intriguing, backstories. Simona made us gasp with wonder, laugh out loud, and leave with a far greater appreciation of the many treasures within the Villa’s walls and for the struggles and triumphs they reflect.

Borghese gallery - Fantastic tour guide. He had a great knowledge of the art and history of the Borghese gallery. There was so much to see and we were there for more than 2 hours. Excellent tour.

I was late, arriving to... - I was late, arriving to the tour by at least 30 minutes because of the traffic in Rome on a Friday afternoon. The tour operator would not let me join the tour in progress.

Tour operator refused to give tickets, we missed the visit - We booked this for 5 people. A fire caused traffic delays, so I contacted the operator in advance to ask for the tickets so we could enter the Borghese Gallery on our own. The gallery was willing to let us in late, but the operator refused to send the tickets and stopped replying. We ended up missing the entire visit. As a long-time Viator customer, I expected better support. They denied the refund despite clear evidence. Disappointing experience, poor service and zero flexibility.
