Efficient Service and a Magical Day - Our driver Alessandro was efficient, friendly and courteous, adaptable to our plans and time preferences. During the drive he shared history and information about the sites we were passing and those which we would be seeing. Our day was magical and we were so glad to have taken this excursion. I don't know if many Americans have heard of Civita di Bagnoregio, but all will be captivated by it. I recommend going there first, early, to see it misted in the clouds and before too many others arrive [it is becoming more of a tourist destination]. Warning: you need to be able to walk quite a bit. Orvieto is also captivating, much more well known. The gaily adorned cathedral is charging 4 euro for tourists to tour; however, there is a side entrance for prayers, masses, etc. And, of course, Orvieto is one of the 3 most well known areas for ceramics in this part of Italy.
