Great guide! Manuela... - Great guide! Manuela knew her stuff and was very funny as well! We learned so much about the coliseum and life in Roman times! Well worth it!

Great tour guide!! - This tour to the colosseum and the Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum is very difficult and strenuous. There are many, many steps up and up and up and down and down and down. You’d better be ready. Our tour guide was very good!!! She had a lot of trouble keeping those in her group together!! The tour guide has her rules that she has to abide by and the US citizens completely ignored her instructions and delayed the tour many times. Due to the delays, we don’t make it down to the Roman Forum. This is no place for children and least of all babies!! My friend and I complied with all of her instructions.

A terrific experience with our tour guide, Tanya. - We had a phenomenal experience with our tour guide extraordinare, Tanya. Tanya had been doing these tours for 15 years and knows a lot about every stone you pass! She also brings very helpful materials with her on these tours that show what all these amazing places looked like during the peak of the Roman Empire. She’s also great at reading the group and either speed up or slow down based on what people are more or less interested in and how tired they are.
The tour itself was unforgettable. I had read a lot abt these structures, but the sheer scale and engineering sophistication blew my mind.

Great Day at the Colosseum - Tiantin was very good- she gave a nice tour and history. Palatine Hill and The Roman Forum are amazing.

Tania was excellent. Wonderful tour - Tania was an excellent guide. She was funny informative and attentive. This really is worth doing. We loved it and would highly recommend the experience

An tour for academics with a knowledgeable guide - A wonderful tour with an extremely knowledgeable, funny and amicable tour guide. We were with a pregnant woman and she ensured to cater to her every needs. Wonderful and great work!

Fraud - It's a fraud. I got to the assembly point and there was nobody... no office, nothing. They didn't even communicate with me, all the other tours in Italy the agencies that give it tours sent you whatsaap messages. With details.

Still waiting on a refund - The tour was cancelled by the company as there was some issue with the colosseum administration apparently. And we only were notified 2 days before it was due to happen. I have received my credit card bill this week and we have still not received a refund (almost 1 month ago) in spite of being told this would happen within 5 days of the cancellation.
I have contacted the company and I am awaiting a response. This is very concerning and disappointing.

Tour never happened. - The tour was canceled 2 days before😞!! They did give us an oprtion for anotger time and day, but it didn't work for our schedule. The tour group did promise to refund us the money after 6-8 business days from the day of the booked tour. Do not buy tickets from anywhere but colosseum's website. We were able to find the same tickets for another day with much less price.
