Thanks so much to Sam our... - Thanks so much to Sam our agent who hooked us up with tickets even though we were delayed with the road closures for the pope funeral. Sam called & ensured we knew how to get there, and then met us directly outside with later tickets so we could still enjoy. It’s quite overwhelming with the amount of people and the heat, and several queues etc so it was lovely to meet Sam who put us right at ease and made sure we were ok. Very impressive and a must see, Highly recommend !!

No time limit, self guided. - The owner of Empire Tours was very cordial and accommodating! He did everything necessary to make it easy. People should be aware/prepared that the audio guide is an app download for mobile phone.

Amazing! - Booking tickets was easy, and meeting the staff to pick up our actual tickets and get extra information was smooth. The audio guide made the experience even better, allowing us to explore at our own pace with no time limits at each site. Thank you for this new experience!

Great service - Wonderful day....
Our trip to the Colosseum was a wonderful experience. Sam is our hosts, He's so helpful in explaining how to get the tickets, how to get into the Colloseum and Roman Forum and Palantime Hill. Highly recommended

The agency s role is... - The agency s role is useless, the audio commentaries come from an open access application, free and very disappointing. If you want a guided and interesting experience, do not choose this agency.

Scam!!!! Never ever book with this Company!!!!! - I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the last-minute cancellation of our pre-booked Colosseum tour. We had booked this tour months in advance and were very much looking forward to visiting one of the world’s most iconic landmarks.
To receive a cancellation notice on such short notice — without any viable alternative or sufficient time to make new arrangements — is simply unacceptable, especially considering the high cost of €200. This experience has completely ruined what was meant to be one of the highlights of our trip.
We find it extremely unprofessional to cancel a tour of this significance without offering a proper explanation or compensation. We feel deceived and let down, and we intend to share our experience with others to prevent them from facing the same disappointment.

0 stars!!! Total rip off!!! - Terrible experience! Met very nice man who provided good service. Downloaded tickets on iPhone and audio on our phones. Colleseum tickets worked. Audio did not work on any of our 4 phones. Tickets to forum and Paletine Hill would not work and we tried several times. Service provider refused to give us a refund for any amount stating we needed to give them 24 hours notice. Not sure how I would know 24 hours b4 the tour that it didn't work. Be forewarned!!! This is a total rip off with no support from provider. Viator stated they were also not able to help.
