• In the case of inclement weather, the arena floor may be closed off without notice. In these instances, refunds cannot be provided
• Meeting time is 30 minutes prior to the start time. Late arrival will result in entry refusal and loss of tour cost.
• When you purchase our service, it includes the entrance fee to the archaeological sites, which is €18 for adults (or €22 for the Arena option), along with a €2 booking fee. Children under 18 years of age enjoy free entry. The remaining portion of the payment covers essential services such as meeting point assistance, booking fees, live guide, headsets and other related services to enhance your overall experience.
