Great Tour! - Great tour!! Our tour guide Marco was incredible. He walked us through the Colosseum, explained the history & significance. He was very knowledgeable. The venue itself is breathtaking.
We then had tickets to explore the Roman Forum and Palantine Hill, but even with tickets in advance, the line was over an hour long. We decided to walk around the area instead but it was still amazing.

Our Guide explained to us perfectly all the ins and outs of the Colosseum, you could see that he was passionate about its entire history - We enjoyed a lot, we transported ourselves to the past with the explanation of our Guide, we loved the whole explanation, an innovatable visit, very happy with the experience,

An amazing day in the Coliseum - Our tour was carried out by two guides to avoid entering the colliseum in such a large group, both guides were very skilled, but I would like to make a special mention for Marco, he is new to this, but it seemed to me that he has been doing guides for a long time. First, he was very warm, and he told us super interesting things about the coliseum, plus he could speak to us in both Spanish and English, and everything he said was with a smile. He shows great professionalism and vocation in what he does, a great guide!. Thank you Marco! ☺️

Worth the visit - The Colosseum was beautiful
The guide was difficult to understand. Spoke too rapidly when taking the heavy accent into consideration.

Scam: we booked it and paused 147 euro and there was no show up and nobody answered the phone! Shameful - No show up and very disappointed, we spent 147 euro for nothing! We waited for 20 min and they offered us another tour for 100 more euros. This is disgraceful

Canceled at the last minute - Canceled in the early hours of the day of the tour due to it being a "free ticket" day which is always the first Sunday of the month. So they knew in advance it was a free ticket day, sold the tour for that day, then canceled after midnight which we didn't see till the morning. This was our last day so we scrambled to get there early enough and stood in line for over an hour to get in which messed with our plans for our final day.

No tour given - We arrived at the meeting point 20 minutes early but could not find the tour operator. I rang the number given and man answered and then appeared. He said he didn’t have the right instructions from Viator and could not do the tour. He showed us where to buy tickets for the colosseum ourselves. He promised a refund with 48 hours which has now elapsed and no refund. Still trying to find a way to contact Viator
