Opera experience - The show was really good but sitting arrangements were not good. People sitting at the back row couldn't watch properly. There was no narrative so couldn't understand what the artist wants to convey. Performance wise, it was quite an experience, majestic and mesmerizing.

Good performance in a room with great acoustics - The program is well known and in our case was performed by Priscilla de Marco and Mauro de Santis, who dominate it. Undoubtedly it is a tall and very professional show. We would have liked not to have had to ask the name of the performers and in fact we do not know who the components of the string quartet were, being this the only glue I would put. The room has excellent acoustics and it is nice to discover a new perspective of the Trevi Fountain from the windows of the room in the moments before the concert. I want to highlight the friendliness and professionalism of the organization, as I mistakenly bought 4 tickets instead of 2, paying with PayPal, and the next day I had already been refunded. Definitely a highly recommended experience in Rome.

Brilliant show! - Excellent show! Exquisite orchestra, tenor and soprano! The communication service of the reservation confirmation via email and later redemption at the Palacio Poli (a few minutes before the function) simple, fast and on time. Very punctual in the schedules. And see "the Fontana" from the windows of the Room (perfect acoustics) at the end of the performance: indelible memory! Recommended!

Deceptive and Disappointing Experience - The opera at Palazzo Poli was a misleading tourist trap. It advertises a unique view of the Trevi Fountain, but in reality, there are only two small balcony windows off to the side—not behind the stage—that briefly open before the concert. They offer a partial view of the square and the back of the fountain, but you cannot actually see the fountain. Once the performance starts, the windows are shut, and no one, not even VIP guests, has any view of the outside. The concert itself lasted barely an hour, with mediocre music and no atmosphere. This was a complete misrepresentation and not worth the price. Avoid.
