Go with this company! - The tour was AMAZING! Our guide, Ximena, was so knowledgeable and told us so much about the sights we saw. She and her assistant, Ross, were so patient and encouraging as my son and I learned to handle the terrain and bikes. I can’t recommend this company highly enough! They are wonderful.

Beautiful, challenging and informative. - I've been visiting Rome for many years and this bike tour along the Appian Way is one of the most memorable things I've ever done here. Our guide was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun — and the route itself is breathtakingly beautiful. Fair warning: this is a real workout, so it's best suited for active, fit travelers who are up for a physical challenge. That said, every hill is worth it. Safe, well-organized, easy to book, and an absolute joy from start to finish. If you want to experience Rome beyond the usual sights, do this.

The best bike tour in Rome - This was a wonderful tour, for any age at all. The route on the Appian way was incredibly interesting and beautiful. Anna was our tour guide, and it would be hard to find someone better. She was interesting and engaging, incredibly pleasant, and she connected with each of us. I highly recommend this tour.

Brilliant e-bike tour of Appian Way and aqueducts! - Would highly recommend Top Bikes tours of Rome. This our second one and they were both fantastic. The Appian Way and aqueducts are definitely worth seeing and the high quality bikes and great tour guide, Anna, made this a very memorable trip.

So glad we booked this tour!! - We had such a good time with Aaliyah as our guide! She was extremely sweet and knowledgeable. There were two couples and a family of four on our tour. Everyone had varying degrees of experience but we were all able to keep up thanks to the easy-to-use electric bikes. I saw a recent review that complained about the travel through the city street but I thought that part was fun too! The path is clearly chosen carefully to maximize safety. The lunch time pizza stop was delicious.
After spending a few days in the historic center of the city, the bike tour was a great opportunity to get out and see so much green space. This was definitely a 10/10 activity.

Fun adventure away from the crowds - I was in Rome for a convention and unexpectedly had a free morning to myself. I booked a tour with with Top Tours. It was one of the hi-lights of my trip. It was fun riding the bikes and I learned a lot from our guide. Most of the journey was on the Appian Way and along the aqueducts. There was obviously some riding among the city traffic, but our excellent guide, Ali, made sure there were no issues. Very professional company.
