Fun Gluten Free Pasta Making Class - We had a fabulous time taking this gluten free pasta making class. Christian was so personable, entertaining, and knowledgeable. The class was instructive and interactive. Our pasta turned out fantastic. We made three different types. I appreciated that everything we learned used basic ingredients and tools so if we want to replicate once we get home, we don’t need to purchase a lot of special equipment. The location of the class is near the Appian Way, rich in history. So make sure you check that part of Rome out as well.

Amazing experience - I had such a great experience at this cooking class and learned so much. The instructor Christian was very involved, patient, and clearly passionate about what he does. The whole class felt comfortable and welcoming, making it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to learn and have fun at the same time. Especially if you are gluten free, the pasta was amazing and you get the skills to recreate it at home🤩

Incredible gluten free pasta making experience! - What a fantastic time we had with Christian in his new location! We booked very last minute and he was quick to confirm. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome and though we were in a studio-type location, we were made to feel like we were in someone’s kitchen. We learned about wine and a bit of history, made three types of gluten free pasta, and after a couple of hours, we had the most amazing lunch with the pasta we had made by hand! The small class size made it personal. Perfect for couples or families. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience immersing ourselves in the culture of Rome and Italy! 🇮🇹 🍝 Our three hour class flew by and was well worth the cost. Christian was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. We can’t wait to try and recreate this pasta at home.

Wonderful Pasta in a Beautiful Setting - We joined Chef Christian in his beautiful new facility to learn how to make three types of gluten free pasta. The Chef was a great instructor, full of stories about evolution of the food we made/ate, and sharing his memories and experiences that shaped him. The surrounding gardens were beautiful and provided fresh basil and sage used in our meal. His kitchen is Celiac safe. All three of the dishes tasted special and exceptional!
P.S. He also went beyond his chef role after I left my phone in the taxi, arranging for the taxi driver to bring it back.

Fantastic experience! - My husband and I attended a GF cooking class with chef Christian and highly recommend it! We learned how to make 3 different kinds of pasta, some sauces, and came away with recipes that I feel confident we’ll be able to do again. I can’t wait to try a gf pasta meal at home with friends!

Highlight of our trip! - This is a must do experience! Christian was phenomenal! We learned unique sauces and pasta types, all while being gluten free. My husband is ceiliac and our lunch with Christian was our favorite meal of a 3 week trip in Italy. Can’t wait to go home and make this pastas for friends and family.

The best pasta I’ve eaten as a celiac!😍 - We did a gluten free cooking class and it was amazing! The food was very tasty, we got to try three different types of pasta, an Cristian made very good sauces for them!😍 he was also very nice and told us a lot of funny and interesting stories, and also good tips for the gluten free version of pastamaking!
If you’re gluten free and like pasta, this is the perfect class for you!
We recommend you to take a taxi or uber there because it’s outside of the city centre..!

Wonderful cooking school - It was fabulous. Christian was so knowledgeable about cooking and proper preparation. We had a lovely time learning how to make delicious gf pasta, enjoying conversation, tasting delicious flavors. We can’t wait to go home and try out the recipes!!
