Great gluten free pasta course - We had a great time learning to make gluten free pasta and gnocchi with Christian, he is a great teacher and provided a very enjoyable experience in Rome.

Fantastic food experience - Christian is a great cook with a lot of knowledge and experience that he is able to share, both in terms of recipes and cooking tips. The course focused mainly on the dishes fettuccine and gnocchi, but as also Christian specified, the pasta recipes shown in the course can be used in a large number of other pastry dishes which makes the course opens up for a wide range of gluten-free Italian cousin. I came to the course alone, but ended up attending with two other very nice American couples. All in company with Christian who throughout the evening joked around and told stories. This makes the course not only a cooking course but also an experience/attraction. And I would therefore recommend everyone who has a three hours left in Rome to participate, especially for those who have celiac disease or for other reasons do not eat gluten and who want to “spice up” their Italian food skills. Nothing to say but 10/10!

Gluten free gnocchi and fettuccine from scratch - Phenomenal course! It was great to be working with others and getting hands on help to be able to replicate the pastas at home with ease. Chef Cristian is so knowledgeable and you can taste and feel his passion for cooking. Being able to make dishes gluten free is a huge perk for me with celiac disease. I left beyond full and happy, and will carry on everything I learned in my cooking at home! 100% recommend.

Gluten-free cooking and gourmet experience - Christian cooks heart and soul and wants to give his participants an unforgettable cooking experience. He not only shares his knowledge of gluten-free pasta & gnocchi, but also sauces and other interesting facts. Also the gelato afterwards from the Bistrot Criollo is fantastic! Exciting combinations, very finely tuned. By bus 781 the place is supereasy eg from the center at Piazza Venezia in just over 20min. We can highly recommend this cooking class.

GF Pasta Class - The cooking class was fun, informative and tasty. We learned how to make Gluten Free pasta and gnocchi and are excited to get home and try it ourselves.

Best Gluten Free Pasta Experience - My best friend and I took part in this class and had the best time. It was one of our favourite days in Rome. Christian was easy going, kind and informative. The hours flew by and we had the best gluten free pasta to eat at the end of it. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a gluten free class—it is so worth it!

Brilliant Experience - Brilliant experience. The passion Christian has for his craft is great to see and the attention showed during the class was really helpful. Being gluten free is a challenge already but Christians guidance was spot on and I’d highly recommend the course. His tips and tricks to make gluten free pasta blew my mind and I can’t wait to take it home and try my hand at it again.

A must for gf people!! - We had SO much fun with Christian!!! It was so personable and private with just us 3 and we learned so much. We love that he taught us how to make gnocchi without us needing to buy any extra tools or supplies. We can’t wait to use what we learn! The entire meal was such a fun experience and tasted amazing!
